Understanding of, and demonstrated application of, the employment/Career counselling/coaching role 7 \4 a7 @4 D% x3 W. F( g/ K& W
Experience working with clients experiencing difficulty securing employment and a commitment to motivate and encourage such participants
3 n+ x Z4 w, Z G! sExcellent communication and negotiation skills ! M( [! F% b9 f/ a4 G
Experience in providing information in a group session and/or individually for one to one appointments 2 ~4 o* t$ p" E u' ]) m
