Dr. Alan Kazdin, Director of Yale Parenting Centre, received James McKeen Cattell Award at Association of Psychological Science (APS) in Boston last week and made a brief award-accepting (and laughter filled) speech. . N' n5 h( N6 b! [5 g) v; J1 U" y2 N: x- [0 q& e K. q# H& Y
Kazdin is known for his 40 years research on parenting method with defiant children. Last year he was also recognized by American Psychological Association (APA) with an award.# f4 M6 g" o7 Q: ^( D6 E- `
