木地板的问题

请问新房的实木地板，人走上去咯吱咯吱响，是不是问题，如何同建筑商谈？有没有人遇到过同类问题?

這個問題以前聊過，原因是framer when building the subfloor用上太多的釘，太少的螺絲釘，引至subfloor can't be held tight to the floor joists 可要求builder installs subfloor全用螺絲釘.

还要要求用"PLYWOOD". SOME BUILDER USE Sturdi Wood.Sturdi Wood 是做墙的. Sturdi Wood 比 PLYWOOD 每块便宜$20. 我自己做地下室时,图便宜,用了Sturdi Wood, Screw 抓不牢Sturdi Wood (相对PLYWOOD来说).
全改用PLYWOOD,可能要贵些, 原材料的价钱不同.

& p! Y  O3 n* ^; ^楼主说的是实木地板响，不是subfloor响．实木地板响一般是温度湿度造成的，过一段时间就好了．
一般铺实木地板的话，即使subfloor是nailed也没有什么问题．

我有和楼主一样的问题。

& Q, s# a6 A/ M& E5 D, @用的Engineered Hard Wood。交房快俩月了，住了刚半个月，刚刚发现我家的木地板非常响，差不多一半的地方都在响。联系了Builder，正好交房前就破损的木地板要换，builder说让换木地板的人先看看再说。来换木地板的人说俺家的湿度太低：20~30%，当时交房时Builder给设置在这个值，还说保持这样就行，不要自己改动。木地板的人给抬高到了50~60%，说过2~3天就会好。这都过了4天了，稍微好了一点，但仍然大面积的响。我踩上去的感觉，是木地板和下面的地板之间的胶开胶了，踩上去时上下的自由空隙太大。当时换破损木地板的时候，我正好新发现有块木地板的已经翘起来了比相邻的那块木地板高了很多。

正在联系Builder，看他们怎么处理。

？不太懂木地板下面的Sub floor是啥，我看换木地板的时候，木地板下面就是盖房子时用普通的那种破板子，不知道英文名叫啥。谁给科普一下？

我也刚确认了地板不是胶上去的。我只是看到更换破损地板时使用胶了。

这个问题根本控制不了，估计你也不可能天天都去施工现场监督他们到底是用螺丝还是其它钉上去的！！
