Job Purpose
" w' \; `1 d3 Z" z0 |) _Every full or part time sales clerk is responsible for the proper and efficient
operation of his or her shift, within company policy in such a manner as to ensure
that the shift contributes to the increased profitability of the store while serving
# ^& e$ R' X3 {! Bcustomers with exceptional customer service. All sales clerks report directly to
the Store Manager.

) q- O$ w8 Q6 Y" nCustomer Service
" b+ D5 B3 |; f% _9 z2 o• Provide all customers with prompt and courteous service
• Assist customers find what they are looking for
• Receive and fill orders for clubs, restaurants, and hotels as required
" n$ s4 L  G; i% j* j• Make every effort to find merchandise for customers if an item is not in
$ _, P: ?& ^7 H* Y7 @stock
8 R2 w5 K  b/ G% L1 K9 c" K& J• Screen for intoxication and check identification for any customer who
: q* U* c3 l* Ilooks under 25 years of age
Store Responsibilities
• Operate point of sale terminal to make sales and look up products
• Stock shelves in accordance with company merchandising standards
• Assist in receiving and storing merchandise
• Keep the store, stockroom and restrooms clean
• Help monitor inventory levels – item counts at tills and hourly counts

• Close the store (key holders)
• Other tasks as assigned by Store or Assistant Manager
Qualifications
3 B& n5 [7 O7 Y2 ?• High School graduate
$ [8 i' f4 H: }5 q+ T• Criminal record check.
• Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written
• Good problem solving skills

changes in strategies

Physical Requirements
/ Q, c# {2 z8 P1 n" Q• Available for shift work Sunday – Saturdays, days and evenings
• Able to safely lift boxes up to 50 pounds
+ \9 p# O6 @+ e• Standing for extended periods of time
6 g8 Y* e3 f9 I( G  f: ^• Comfortable climbing ladders
