0 t7 p; [* `& ZEvery full or part time sales clerk is responsible for the proper and efficient
operation of his or her shift, within company policy in such a manner as to ensure
- S, T2 G, `4 f& r6 a4 qthat the shift contributes to the increased profitability of the store while serving
customers with exceptional customer service. All sales clerks report directly to
8 }% S- a3 i# Bthe Store Manager.
Duties and Responsibilities
Customer Service
! x8 u0 f  U4 o• Provide all customers with prompt and courteous service
2 o1 W$ E5 l( G• Assist customers find what they are looking for
! A, A2 j5 H2 V* A0 H. f) m• Receive and fill orders for clubs, restaurants, and hotels as required
! ?* ?) ^! U; u+ S% }* [• Make every effort to find merchandise for customers if an item is not in
stock
$ k2 ^* L" U0 u- }* U* N• Screen for intoxication and check identification for any customer who
looks under 25 years of age
Store Responsibilities
7 B9 a4 M: T  W4 u9 B( m3 g  s  X• Operate point of sale terminal to make sales and look up products
• Stock shelves in accordance with company merchandising standards
, l- d1 ~0 G& U! E) `$ V• Assist in receiving and storing merchandise
; e6 |7 d' K8 J- n0 Z6 e/ w• Keep the store, stockroom and restrooms clean
# S6 W& b( v  E• Help monitor inventory levels – item counts at tills and hourly counts
• Protect company assets at all times

  F7 _0 v5 `3 }4 ^) v6 l, ]• Other tasks as assigned by Store or Assistant Manager

• High School graduate
+ r& ]/ c, m8 B& C" o• Criminal record check.
• Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written
• Good problem solving skills

Working Conditions

Physical Requirements
9 r8 w$ A5 |. q• Available for shift work Sunday – Saturdays, days and evenings
• Able to safely lift boxes up to 50 pounds
• Standing for extended periods of time
