5 e; k: F: _8 f" ?: vReporting to the Mechanical Engineer, the successful candidate is responsible for providing Mechanical (HVAC) Design guidance and support to the Design Team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
6 H. h+ T) C1 |" J  k+ e; E        Working with a team of draftspersons, designers and engineers, prepare drawings, specifications, and bill of materials for projects
        Review, develop and improve processes and procedures
        Research and develop efforts to improve product designs and costs
        Make sure all information is included on drawings, specifications and drawings requested by the manufacturing group and clients

QUALIFICATIONS:
•        Graduate of a technical institute or mechanical trade journeyman
•        Minimum 2 years experience in design/drafting of HVAC systems for    residential or commercial buildings
5 ~) N) q( f9 E+ g•        Minimum 5 years experience working as a HVAC journeyman
; f1 }) ]8 _9 C0 p, B, L. ~3 U•        Experience in HVAC systems commissioning and air balancing is an asset
2 Q. F1 D! Z' ~  d" m: {•        Understanding of the Bill of Material generation process
; z) D. n0 a& d•        Understanding of drafting and design specifications for projects
•        Competence with utilizing AutoCAD and Microsoft Office
2 Q- g0 L) M5 m* V6 o7 j/ d" x•        Ability to communicate with all levels of management
- {- P& q0 y' ]' B9 K2 }5 o•        Ability to work independently as well as in a team
