全保的话，如果车出了机械故障，保险公司也负责保修吗？比方说车的transmission突然不管用了，需要拖到修车厂修理。保险公司负责拖车和修车的费用吗？还有由于汽车毁坏而造成的其他花费，比如出租车，旅馆费用等。

全保指: 当出车祸时同保自己车和对方车，还要看责任在何方而定。
单保只保对方车。
