Position Overview:

( `3 ?% l1 B* \2 F) l3 n  v[Employer] is currently seeking NDT Technician to support our Fort McMurray office.

Ultrasonic Technicians for Suncor Condition Bases Monitor Survey ( C.B.M.I. ) for Suncor Tailings

6 ]: x; P7 h! r- ZTechnicians will take Ultrasonic Thickness measurement readings / working in accordance with C.G.S.B. UT level I
) b1 d# Y/ Y; Q$ D4 W8 ^6 b. |
% t* w( A* P* Y2 r6 y- MResponsibilities:

  r0 s: Y3 C' X; m3 h6 U8 r8 w5 C. GOperate Ultrasonic's equipment
+ y8 v. |( f2 t2 \3 T$ \Interpretation of Ultrasonic's readings
Prepare Tailings lines for inspection based on the Extractions/Tailings Work/Procedure.
This includes - mapping lines - in plant and Tailings
Stenciling testing locations
Clearing testing locations / dig clean
: J7 s/ i( M4 U5 Y- j9 A$ t3 tRequired Skills:

! @. }, o  q' n& nKnowledge of entire Suncor tailings and Extractions Plants, and lines
. k& I. }1 [1 x% Q0 dAbility to drive in tailings locations
( R' p- b0 S- K- v% Y% y! |  h! yKnowledge of plant lines
Knowledge and conformity with both Suncor and Acuren safety procedures

This position is paid at an Hourly Rate based on the Collective Agreement.
