person to take over my lease (ended Nov 30th). The place is the Gabraith House ! D+ Y) V' @2 Q T) ?+ H. \# A
(a high-rise building at Michener Park), around 122 st and 51 ave. It close to ) g( ^, K7 Z1 ]1 [( O
Southgate and bus 50 or 43 take you to U. of A. for about 15-20 minutes., |* r* {+ g$ l

I live in 17th floor (Apt 1702), which have great view. The rent is ; H6 v6 S2 S: B6 w% T
$739/month. If you are interested, we can discuss the detail so that you will ' ~) X" V4 K; X# N! b
be paying much less than $739 for staying here for the period of Oct 18 to nov
! a ?1 c" ~6 ?& M! [( x30th. We will clean the apartment before we move out. We only lived here for 5 4 A; d$ O+ k% {4 J
