I am going back to china on early morning of Oct 18. So I am looking for a
person to take over my lease (ended Nov 30th). The place is the Gabraith House
# i; Y: s! |- j9 w/ Z/ n. c(a high-rise building at Michener Park), around 122 st and 51 ave. It close to
# T  ^+ J1 I9 Q, P- Z6 hSouthgate and bus 50 or 43 take you to U. of A. for about 15-20 minutes.

I live in 17th floor (Apt 1702), which have great view. The rent is
$739/month.  If you are interested, we can discuss the detail so that you will
6 N. E$ t7 S' H4 lbe paying much less than $739 for staying here for the period of Oct 18 to nov
30th. We will clean the apartment before we move out. We only lived here for 5
months, so it is still quite clean.

You can continue stay in this apartment or move down to other apartment with
3 D8 C" R) `# N, g& c" w' \cheaper rent, for example, $669 for the 4th floor and $709 for the 15th floor
after Nov 29th. I know two friends moved into the 15th floor recently and no
. n9 k: @: R( w& M# mlease required.
