I am going back to china on early morning of Oct 18. So I am looking for a
" s) D1 `" P8 `' f$ T0 mperson to take over my lease (ended Nov 30th). The place is the Gabraith House
(a high-rise building at Michener Park), around 122 st and 51 ave. It close to
Southgate and bus 50 or 43 take you to U. of A. for about 15-20 minutes.

) A+ r. a2 p" ^! o4 FI live in 17th floor (Apt 1702), which have great view. The rent is
$739/month.  If you are interested, we can discuss the detail so that you will
) E2 B% b/ c$ W4 `& y) Pbe paying much less than $739 for staying here for the period of Oct 18 to nov
; _9 E# h2 ^) d8 L' {& y) H: Q30th. We will clean the apartment before we move out. We only lived here for 5
months, so it is still quite clean.

You can continue stay in this apartment or move down to other apartment with
cheaper rent, for example, $669 for the 4th floor and $709 for the 15th floor
/ ~4 C2 f# j9 xafter Nov 29th. I know two friends moved into the 15th floor recently and no
& [3 K2 V& E$ X2 T/ flease required.
