4 N7 X5 k. Z  R( d! ^6 V) I  cperson to take over my lease (ended Nov 30th). The place is the Gabraith House
(a high-rise building at Michener Park), around 122 st and 51 ave. It close to
Southgate and bus 50 or 43 take you to U. of A. for about 15-20 minutes.

, F) h1 f; m/ vI live in 17th floor (Apt 1702), which have great view. The rent is
$ I% o' s) _% O/ D0 l$739/month.  If you are interested, we can discuss the detail so that you will
+ x- d6 H0 X# T9 s, Ube paying much less than $739 for staying here for the period of Oct 18 to nov
3 F9 G5 [) r: \, F2 V7 x7 m( N30th. We will clean the apartment before we move out. We only lived here for 5
months, so it is still quite clean.

You can continue stay in this apartment or move down to other apartment with
% A" S: _6 M% `; l0 y' xcheaper rent, for example, $669 for the 4th floor and $709 for the 15th floor
% ]. {" R6 A$ n6 u/ z% {after Nov 29th. I know two friends moved into the 15th floor recently and no
