I am going back to china on early morning of Oct 18. So I am looking for a
person to take over my lease (ended Nov 30th). The place is the Gabraith House
(a high-rise building at Michener Park), around 122 st and 51 ave. It close to
) K+ K% ^& f" r0 }% l( M( K6 qSouthgate and bus 50 or 43 take you to U. of A. for about 15-20 minutes.

: w) Z( S( J0 S! v6 o% pI live in 17th floor (Apt 1702), which have great view. The rent is
$739/month.  If you are interested, we can discuss the detail so that you will
! g% o  G( Z3 J3 j1 s2 o: P6 q  `be paying much less than $739 for staying here for the period of Oct 18 to nov
30th. We will clean the apartment before we move out. We only lived here for 5
months, so it is still quite clean.

You can continue stay in this apartment or move down to other apartment with
/ {2 Z, R4 _$ o; [. n7 }cheaper rent, for example, $669 for the 4th floor and $709 for the 15th floor
after Nov 29th. I know two friends moved into the 15th floor recently and no
/ y! D- V1 y. i. D. z2 C: clease required.
