刚才收到ualberta大学研究生办公室的信
To apply as a Canadian or Permanent Resident you must have received your degrees from a Canadian university.  However, as a Permanent Resident you will not be assessed the differential fee for tuition.

我要上本科就要有加拿大的高中证明
我要上高中就要有加拿大的初中证明

7 Y5 L$ Y4 Q$ E" R+ h2 V$ B6 t我要上小学就要有加拿大的幼儿园证明

The first sentence means that if you don't have a degree from a Canadian
university, you must apply as an international student, even you have the
+ v1 I9 W4 D! Z0 A! \status of PR. This imply that they will judge you the same as all other
international students in the admission stage.

/ ?3 K0 {) @4 WThe second sentence means that even you are considered as an
, @3 R/ g* P$ Y. ginternational student in the admission step, when you get admitted, you
won't pay the differential fee as international students do.

我想请教一下，我要申请明年９月的研究生，我是现在申请好还是明年２月登陆后申请好呢？
如果我想申请５月的研究生能来得及吗？

研究生录取一般都是9月份，少数1月份。5月份申请的还没听说过。
申请的截止期一般都是1月底二月初，还是早点申请好，反正人家录取也不

人家自始至终都没提说要给你按照国际学生收学费的问题呀,最后一句是说尽管仍然把你按照国际学生来考虑,但是作为PR,将不会收你的differential fee

那如果我以国际学生的身份被录取了，会不会到时候交费的时候要以国际学生的身份交阿，如果不是，怎么运作？

只要你有移民身份，你就和加拿大本地人交的学费一样。
