解决办法有两个：

2。改一个IE的设置，见下:

Click the Connections Tab

Remove the check mark next to "Automatically Detect Settings"5 I3 r# B0 ^1 F& l" V5 }# K
Click Ok! x4 r% x( e; E
Click Ok! J, Q* j- o& L, C4 E( D& @0 h
, v2 O4 i# z- l8 T- vThe user will now be able to visit University of Alberta websites again. |
