The way to resolve this is to have the user open Internet Explorer and go to
: C0 _7 M1 ~9 k9 _5 NTools -> Internet Options! [3 q/ \$ K( P3 E3 z
Click the Connections Tab
: Y, \% G1 Z+ M& F4 A. F& |Click the the "Lan Settings" button. e* I0 {! v3 o7 h7 O ^
Remove the check mark next to "Automatically Detect Settings"

Click Ok

The user will now be able to visit University of Alberta websites again. |
