举个例子：
8 X' l( g) n; P2 \- i0 Q如果你捐赠$1000，你会得到$3000的Official Tax Receipt on FMV Fair Market Value, 再加上原有的$1000，你的Total Cash Receipt将会是$4000。
: b6 u5 v+ i: I( W在你报税的时候，根据39%的Alberta Tax Credit，你将会得到$1560（4000乘以39%等于1560）的退税。除去你捐的$1000，你将净得$560。
如果你捐赠$5,000，你会得到$15,000的Official Tax Receipt on FMV Fair Market Value, 再加上原有的$5,000，你的Total Cash Receipt将会是$20,000。
/ `# d  ^6 t5 u( C在你报税的时候，根据39%的Alberta Tax Credit，你将会得到$7800（20,000乘以39%等于7800）的退税。除去你捐的$5000，你将净得$2800。

所以，到明年四月你收到Refund Tax后，你会发现，你将为你的捐款创造56%的Interest.

个人感觉，这属于loop hole，我觉得政府应该有措施去堵这个漏洞。

1 w% i8 N- |, n3 h其实我可以自己编个软件，标价$1，000，000，然后捐赠了。

你发明了一个软件，而且一定要到一个注册的慈善团体捐助，并且你需要找一个评估师来评估你的这个软件的FMV,然后才算你的donation and gift in kind.

这就是个漏洞，但并不是每个人都会利用这个漏洞。
