: f5 {& m" v* g) F+ H% a Responsible to manage electrical critical drawings ensuring compliance with Enbridge Drawing Standards.

Responsible to provide electrical design expertise to internal and external stakeholders.

) q& z/ S4 Y; k; [' w8 c& wResponsible to lead a team of technologists and CADD operators to produce new or modify existing electrical drawings in support of engineering and operations projects.  
Responsibilities

2 b# F: ?" i# q$ XAchieved through the review, update and development of electrical critical drawings (main power distribution switching diagrams, single line diagrams, P&ID's and communication diagrams) at all Enbridge CDN facilities by:

Managing critical drawing construction and as-built processes as established within the Enbridge Drawing Standards,
4 ~$ N1 k5 L6 U( {: O0 q/ T+ ]1 b
% _4 J$ D. W# [4 zPerforming site audits with operations personnel to identify existing information gaps and incorporate findings,
& F+ n6 W$ O; W7 b" I( D
( ^$ k+ a3 Q1 A5 x- D6 E2 s- YEngaging with LP, MP and regional operations engineering groups ensuring that critical drawing requirements are properly addressed throughout the project stage gates,

Developing and enforcing a plan to ensure that once critical drawings are made current that they are maintained and kept up to date,

Performing quality assurance checks on 30%, 60%, 90%, IFT and IFC design drawings developed by engineering service providers,

Applying design expertise with a goal towards continuous improvement.

Electrical design is in compliance with industry code and company standards

Providing project managers and engineers with conceptual electrical design for projects of varying complexity,

" a3 K- k( B: e6 J9 GLeading a group of staff and contract CADD personnel to review and/or prepare detailed drawings that are in compliance with the Enbridge Drawing Standards for assigned engineering and operations projects,

0 V: {, |3 z1 Q9 l$ i$ yIncorporating new technology and best practices with focus on solving business problems and operational requirements in a competitive environment.

Electrical Engineering Technologist diploma from a recognized technical institution.

10+ years of progressively complex detailed electrical design experience in an engineering environment.
8 n- W6 s- b6 H6 q8 _  O" y, U
# q/ q7 r1 W6 B9 k5+ years AutoCAD experience.
' ^8 E, n8 G/ `7 ^1 \
3 j" a( c# Z. I3 A6 E& |Registered Engineering Technologist (RET) or Certified Engineering Technologist (CET) desired.

6 c" I6 A  E" n8 \9 mExcellent interpersonal, organizational, written and verbal communications skills.
