Primary Focus  
This position will be filled with an internal candidate on, either, a project term or Secondment basis.

! g7 m' N* H% O7 c% }: t. G. iDirectly supports the completion of and prepares project scheduling activities on the Husky Sunrise Project.  
4 M- D% i1 E% n0 S Responsibilities  
# \5 V" `" U8 L9 u; l. R Ensures a high degree of consistency for work produced throughout the project by establishing and promoting internal standards and practices related to the development of project schedules.

6 J6 @1 v% z5 n  h/ D% WWorks with external engineering consultants to establish clear expectations regarding their scheduling practices and conducts routine audits to ensure a high level of compliance with those expectations.

, c& v2 m. c: U; A8 f' y) Z+ N) [0 ?Establishes and maintains a general definition of functional stakeholder input required on the development of all project schedules.  
Qualifications  
9 O0 Z. J3 u  a% w6 |( C Minimum 5 years of scheduling experience on projects directly related to the hydrocarbon pipeline or similar process industry.

) ]8 {% r$ i4 |4 O7 b! yExcellent knowledge of Microsoft Project and Primavera scheduling software.

Ability to assess challenges to developing accurate and comprehensive project schedules and develop/implement appropriate strategies to resolve those challenges
" \5 X4 L+ m1 c; e* Q$ Z% F" i
Demonstrated project management, conflict resolution, communication and interpersonal skills
( }9 E5 O/ s8 N; L8 n
2 B+ P- `4 n8 u: n$ ?Proven ability to perform effectively in a fast paced, multi-project, and dynamic environment.
