小时候看老妈经常做,但不知道具体方法。只记得风干时,要一遍、一遍地往肉上刷甜面酱。

I remember the procesure is like that+ i$ F* y; d9 i" J
1. use mix some spices with soybean sauce $ [ @+ C+ l5 T- K
2. Put the pork lean meat in the sauce for a couple of days . Z1 w4 r$ `' v; R( }6 `# u3. Take out then let the meat dry
