it means shut down!

Turn around mean shutdown.
It could be the whole plant or part of the plant shutdown, depend on the schedule.

I printed the words above at a paper. I presented it at today’s morning safety meeting and asked the meaning of “TRUNAROUND”.. There were nobody really knew the meaning of “TURNAROUND”.
1 R* t6 u+ r. b9 [$ l1 MOne local 424 member said” TURNAROUND means ten days on 4 days off.”
  w* v( p0 C' `Another said:” maybe means shutdown.”
9 |* }# i5 C- Z( X, p) S  ~. MMy foreman said: “ I am not sure. Maybe it is a couple of days. It is better to call the dispatch office to know.”
