Recently I began to monitor the gas mileage of my 90 Chevy Corsica,V6/3.1L 3speed automatic transmision. Curb weight about 2885 lb+ n! R& C! m0 R# D {
The gas mileage measure method I got from a local friend is that fullfill the gas tank each time, put down the mileage and gas volume(litre) filled in, then3 w6 y( Z9 }% F- a
The gas mileage = (next time mileage - previous time mileage) /(next time filled gas volume)
- h( }$ R0 Q) Q$ I( @6 EAfter convent to MPG(mile per gallon), the result I got is 26 MPG& A0 o8 x( j" K: o
" e0 _- |: `# g* @$ H9 f! o! gOfficial gas mileage is MPG (City/Hwy) 4 cyl 24/33 v6 21/29

1 Litre = 0.264172 Gallon
