you have three methods to book an appointment.

1.visit www.prometric.com to schedule a test

2.call 415-4164,they may ask you some questions,such as your name, date of    birth,credit card number.

3.bring a piece of check to the following address:
/ D* z4 O# }$ Q+ S3 U   Thomson Prometric Test Center
            6715-177 TH ST
# K1 S# U$ Z: Ryou take the test there and it is not far from WEM.
