you have three methods to book an appointment.

2.call 415-4164,they may ask you some questions,such as your name, date of    birth,credit card number.

3.bring a piece of check to the following address:
   Thomson Prometric Test Center
            6715-177 TH ST
+ i( Q5 y; ]: q% n6 jyou take the test there and it is not far from WEM.
