you have three methods to book an appointment.

1.visit www.prometric.com to schedule a test

2 z; n2 U; P4 r3 l- U5 Y2.call 415-4164,they may ask you some questions,such as your name, date of    birth,credit card number.

3.bring a piece of check to the following address:
   Thomson Prometric Test Center
1 P* Q. v6 m# V            6715-177 TH ST
you take the test there and it is not far from WEM.
