% }& D* \, y5 ~3 a After start 2-3 times, they will quit working, if you toggle the start and stop buttons on DCS screen , you will get another 2-3 running before they quit working again. 9 C$ w5 H# Z1 U4 v/ C, m+ Z

Swap one of the defective buckets with a good one, the new bucket works fine." M" Q8 f1 x( U& j
The problem should be inside the bucket.

( ^* V% o0 s5 D% ^, h7 \When the problem happened, we observed that the contactor has a pulling action but will not seal.
* s: M* C/ [3 w X p9 G. R6 EUse a terminating screw divers to push in the contactor, it will not seal either.
' J% H8 u5 i( Q, jConfirm with TECH support this should be a problem with the control circuit board inside the advantage starter, we bought two new control circuit boards and replaced the old ones, the problem is still the same.

; X# B: W, P l2 K* {The next thing we can think of is the coil, we took the coil out to have a close look.1 r4 L8 |! E8 p6 W3 o/ F$ P) m
They have a fork to pinch inside the two leads to make connection, it is not a good design at all. We soldered the connection and tried again.$ i& U. ?4 A9 W/ z; g; ^* l
It is getting better this time, we have 7-8 times of running before it quit working.

The coil should be the problem, we ordered two of them. But it will take 5-6 weeks for us to get them.
