• Installation, configuration and trouble shooting of software for process control; L) y6 @, j$ R+ f) E7 y
• Identification and replication of software defects ' _4 N6 V! p1 x5 Z1 v3 K
• Phone and e-mail support for internal and external clients 6 M, Y4 |3 d# |
• Managing customer expectations

• Trouble shooting client network issues

• Responsible for maintenance of internal ticketing system

Skills and Knowledge Required

• Technical degree or diploma
