& m/ _8 d" [$ t5 U, V$ ~$ V" X# Y•        Installation, configuration and trouble shooting of software for process control
•        Identification and replication of software defects  
, d% j) U1 `8 B( |2 y$ _* g•        Phone and e-mail support for internal and external clients  
•        Managing customer expectations
+ E6 ^( T+ K' d8 f•        Documentation of technical procedures
3 i/ p! g8 u* ]( n# z5 p  Q•        Trouble shooting client network issues
•        Optimizing system configurations  
•        Low key software development tasks (not a requirement)

•        Involvement in the development and design of a trouble shooting tool for client.
•        Site services worldwide

•        Software Trouble shooting skills, or the ability to recognize external issues.

•        Excellent interpersonal and team skills
•        Comfort dealing with multiple and varied assignments
•        General knowledge of databases and SQL (this would be preferred, but is not a requirement)
