Position Responsibilities:
: q6 q% O2 F/ R! i1 F" p' G• Installation, configuration and trouble shooting of software for process control3 ?: T9 X5 t6 z
• Identification and replication of software defects
4 \6 _3 I2 t' E, p9 y4 r• Phone and e-mail support for internal and external clients
) u# o+ f* I% z9 a& {• Managing customer expectations
* @6 c. d/ l# }3 i; {4 F6 C7 w• Documentation of technical procedures : \4 P% D* p! q1 j L, ~# ~6 d
• Trouble shooting client network issues
0 z+ S) }: n& }0 Q8 o• Optimizing system configurations ( W$ s, n/ _! ^& n! B$ c g/ i
• Low key software development tasks (not a requirement)

• Technical writing skills
