Position Responsibilities:
: q6 q% O2 F/ R! i1 F" p' G•        Installation, configuration and trouble shooting of software for process control3 ?: T9 X5 t6 z
•        Identification and replication of software defects  
4 \6 _3 I2 t' E, p9 y4 r•        Phone and e-mail support for internal and external clients  
) u# o+ f* I% z9 a& {•        Managing customer expectations
* @6 c. d/ l# }3 i; {4 F6 C7 w•        Documentation of technical procedures : \4 P% D* p! q1 j  L, ~# ~6 d
•        Trouble shooting client network issues
0 z+ S) }: n& }0 Q8 o•        Optimizing system configurations  ( W$ s, n/ _! ^& n! B$ c  g/ i
•        Low key software development tasks (not a requirement)
9 z0 Y8 u3 b' V% i4 K" v! d•        Responsible for maintenance of internal ticketing system
6 k. d& }6 f3 |% Y4 d; J•        Involvement in the development and design of a trouble shooting tool for client. 5 N9 W/ h9 C% [" C6 Q
•        Site services worldwide
) Z/ N8 T" T, B* y" S, j( y& l: x•        System training
) p& p/ Y. U, e7 T. m•        Communicate and translate client requirements in Mandarin

Skills and Knowledge Required7 K7 m4 Y1 \/ E, x
•        Customer service skills # E  f5 H: {: u, t0 q: i* b' X7 ~
•        Technical writing skills
5 o0 w8 g( g+ L+ E/ O! @•        C++ development skills
7 y0 I) O+ X" h7 {•        Software Trouble shooting skills, or the ability to recognize external issues.
2 |' m* c" n2 C6 \4 L/ h•        Network trouble shooting skills
' @( n4 G0 {( r4 t•        Excellent interpersonal and team skills 7 e* k. h! D$ O2 G6 P7 k7 ^2 }
•        Comfort dealing with multiple and varied assignments : k; C. \1 j& o  A0 _7 V; p  G
•        General knowledge of databases and SQL (this would be preferred, but is not a requirement)

•        Ability to communicate fluently in both English and Mandarin

•        Technical degree or diploma % s; E0 @" [: u9 D  A
•        2 years experience in a technical support role
