Position Responsibilities:

• Identification and replication of software defects E) \. I5 \5 E0 H+ z, b5 C
• Phone and e-mail support for internal and external clients + o# Y) d( S1 n9 r4 u! V
• Managing customer expectations
' S9 @* M+ O0 L9 L* g2 u: s; p• Documentation of technical procedures , R- \4 [- ?0 U; K
• Trouble shooting client network issues
