• Installation, configuration and trouble shooting of software for process control* c& [; b; O: A4 S6 K0 M- F" C
• Identification and replication of software defects 2 E# j" x6 q, P* Q' Y
• Phone and e-mail support for internal and external clients . _5 _* I: z( _2 N0 F2 P" K
• Managing customer expectations

• Optimizing system configurations
