Position Responsibilities:$ E( Q L- y" w8 }
• Installation, configuration and trouble shooting of software for process control
* B: u5 r+ u- v0 L• Identification and replication of software defects ; ^' K3 S) y6 [+ B
• Phone and e-mail support for internal and external clients " j# P# i$ a- W8 N$ p1 ?; B% r
• Managing customer expectations
, Q- G0 `5 p. }+ a' _• Documentation of technical procedures
" }- r7 ?1 X" B- X) ?• Trouble shooting client network issues
+ k$ J4 J) ?: O: r1 D+ p* C; |• Optimizing system configurations

• Responsible for maintenance of internal ticketing system " L& F t3 e9 K6 Z* F7 {! O6 w
• Involvement in the development and design of a trouble shooting tool for client.

• Customer service skills

• C++ development skills
