Position Responsibilities:1 `3 ~. j) M% Y6 x! `; A) E( A
•        Installation, configuration and trouble shooting of software for process control- k' K% D5 R( d0 ~0 S* w
•        Identification and replication of software defects  ! Q3 h3 M( e' u  F
•        Phone and e-mail support for internal and external clients  
  F. h* w" {  a# n, Q•        Managing customer expectations
- U! x; _) e/ i+ h4 h% w, ~•        Documentation of technical procedures
8 |, ~+ i5 K7 C  R•        Trouble shooting client network issues
, k- }0 t- L3 z# d•        Optimizing system configurations  ! l# G) d0 s+ {* C% R7 i( x0 I
•        Low key software development tasks (not a requirement)
. E" z! l' L' s0 O& W•        Responsible for maintenance of internal ticketing system

•        Site services worldwide

Skills and Knowledge Required
4 o  O( D% u& U: Y•        Customer service skills : Z1 |- G0 `1 w6 C" \7 J  i2 `& G
•        Technical writing skills # G& q2 j  B6 `3 M- u9 u
•        C++ development skills 6 S9 p5 G4 U1 N# \6 o  Y- c, i0 Y0 }
•        Software Trouble shooting skills, or the ability to recognize external issues.
" m# A; _4 r; w0 b) j! z2 A•        Network trouble shooting skills $ b& `- a2 }( \4 k' C' @1 a& ?. X1 x
•        Excellent interpersonal and team skills
" ^5 N, n5 z. W0 p* d•        Comfort dealing with multiple and varied assignments

Experience and Education
/ D5 b3 _, T, i! u# ~0 S; M2 Z9 O. }•        Technical degree or diploma
7 @. s# E+ ^; z8 o7 W" l* t•        2 years experience in a technical support role
