Position Responsibilities:: i& E4 X( n9 M* a
• Installation, configuration and trouble shooting of software for process control+ D( c, E& d7 O, p' f1 E
• Identification and replication of software defects
+ ]+ Q8 V7 t% D2 i9 [ Y• Phone and e-mail support for internal and external clients 0 b1 P& m5 Y, x% ]4 @
• Managing customer expectations
' T+ s6 e2 W7 h5 {: ~• Documentation of technical procedures % Y, n( [; _. y* `8 H
• Trouble shooting client network issues " @. a6 B2 G. ], |3 u% ?
• Optimizing system configurations
+ q* x, [: ?+ A2 N3 Y% q• Low key software development tasks (not a requirement)

• Excellent interpersonal and team skills

• General knowledge of databases and SQL (this would be preferred, but is not a requirement)
