9 v" p' P, ]) u; j•        Installation, configuration and trouble shooting of software for process control
3 `% H2 M2 r8 g2 n0 T1 I6 @•        Identification and replication of software defects  
& L6 M. m# i+ f2 d. G•        Phone and e-mail support for internal and external clients  
1 C% a7 Q) j; r0 M9 ^" U' z& _6 ~•        Managing customer expectations " t# V; e( c* K1 Z
•        Documentation of technical procedures
$ Z) J: i; I/ F  S: v  M•        Trouble shooting client network issues , Y, [6 M. ^# o6 Z( r6 ]  M7 q
•        Optimizing system configurations  + l3 M2 c" a9 L. |
•        Low key software development tasks (not a requirement) : h/ y5 g/ x: W& ~, k* {
•        Responsible for maintenance of internal ticketing system
/ y9 [' e# X  }+ A•        Involvement in the development and design of a trouble shooting tool for client.

•        Communicate and translate client requirements in Mandarin% U6 L$ B0 l/ }+ l6 m, l
•        Work evenings as required

•        Customer service skills
' X. ?4 V  S# L, G8 [2 O) @•        Technical writing skills ( \8 b" E) \* ?8 D) @
•        C++ development skills 1 l) F4 U  _& H1 k5 P% R: R1 C
•        Software Trouble shooting skills, or the ability to recognize external issues.% D% R* s, R; h+ Q
•        Network trouble shooting skills

•        Comfort dealing with multiple and varied assignments
