9 v" p' P, ]) u; j• Installation, configuration and trouble shooting of software for process control
3 `% H2 M2 r8 g2 n0 T1 I6 @• Identification and replication of software defects
& L6 M. m# i+ f2 d. G• Phone and e-mail support for internal and external clients

• Documentation of technical procedures

• Optimizing system configurations + l3 M2 c" a9 L. |
• Low key software development tasks (not a requirement) : h/ y5 g/ x: W& ~, k* {
• Responsible for maintenance of internal ticketing system
/ y9 [' e# X }+ A• Involvement in the development and design of a trouble shooting tool for client.

• Customer service skills

• Network trouble shooting skills

• Comfort dealing with multiple and varied assignments
