+ B8 W* q# A7 ?5 h! s0 V•        Installation, configuration and trouble shooting of software for process control
  ]' A0 Z3 P% f4 D•        Identification and replication of software defects  ( W2 p- V! _) [2 R, z
•        Phone and e-mail support for internal and external clients  ( N! ?5 m. ]0 I0 x8 Z
•        Managing customer expectations ! ]% b# C; ~6 t6 @1 j
•        Documentation of technical procedures
$ E5 A; k& ~9 E& U! S( k. `, y•        Trouble shooting client network issues 2 M# s! u7 }. R9 ^0 z
•        Optimizing system configurations  
) |+ a2 F2 y$ M: V6 t# F6 T, w' i•        Low key software development tasks (not a requirement)

•        Involvement in the development and design of a trouble shooting tool for client.

•        C++ development skills
- t" @, S6 s- l# v1 Z•        Software Trouble shooting skills, or the ability to recognize external issues.
