Position Responsibilities:( Q0 W- m! m" Z/ T$ {
•        Installation, configuration and trouble shooting of software for process control5 b2 v5 \7 n9 T2 J8 w
•        Identification and replication of software defects  # \9 U* y0 @! M* |' [7 z
•        Phone and e-mail support for internal and external clients  $ ?+ i, F+ ~7 [
•        Managing customer expectations
$ E: y9 t0 ~, ]" k+ T•        Documentation of technical procedures / F) n) E( \0 [4 q' z3 `
•        Trouble shooting client network issues
, Y; y7 A2 F8 s. u0 _" N" A) m8 n•        Optimizing system configurations  & U! V1 k  F- T- P6 h) B
•        Low key software development tasks (not a requirement) * j# L( d7 ^% _
•        Responsible for maintenance of internal ticketing system
' a- z& I- n  E  ?•        Involvement in the development and design of a trouble shooting tool for client.

Skills and Knowledge Required
( W, f5 u, f" t2 b•        Customer service skills
6 n5 I2 J4 w  ]4 R0 ~3 f: o* u  [•        Technical writing skills
2 `; T8 `6 ?& A/ f1 e•        C++ development skills
1 I$ R9 H1 g' }8 m; ~5 ~# f•        Software Trouble shooting skills, or the ability to recognize external issues." z7 U. z% W7 H4 j& {' U
•        Network trouble shooting skills ( L) z9 F# T7 n5 q3 s
•        Excellent interpersonal and team skills

•        Technical degree or diploma
