Position Responsibilities:# K; c$ A( ?$ G- W5 Y7 O; h
•        Installation, configuration and trouble shooting of software for process control1 t7 m& l  s; t6 N
•        Identification and replication of software defects  , ]$ e4 {/ h% k" N
•        Phone and e-mail support for internal and external clients  
- d' @3 s+ X6 h0 y•        Managing customer expectations ' ~6 u" w3 l6 {( q1 r# G
•        Documentation of technical procedures
3 w  e& S2 z- L* t' v! y•        Trouble shooting client network issues
+ r+ [# g; ]% E' V2 x•        Optimizing system configurations  
2 U2 p& t0 q3 \6 W- L% \* x+ m•        Low key software development tasks (not a requirement) : r/ z8 Q  S$ U& T, }/ u' L' x
•        Responsible for maintenance of internal ticketing system ( z- _4 ?& m8 J5 m% v, Z
•        Involvement in the development and design of a trouble shooting tool for client.

Skills and Knowledge Required

1 D5 A1 y" f6 j& N+ A* W•        C++ development skills
( N+ ]$ ?/ c+ x3 C•        Software Trouble shooting skills, or the ability to recognize external issues./ U* P- L0 b" ?& Z- D% q" s" b
•        Network trouble shooting skills

•        Comfort dealing with multiple and varied assignments
