1. 用Margarine or Butter 把烤盘涂一下.
' b5 ]; S6 @4 d* V5 q$ j2. 把糖和Margarine or Butter 搅拌.
" m) y& w- b; ]8 B# A& Z: O4 U3 [% g3. 加入鸡蛋,继续搅拌直到light and fluffy.
& e& ?3 d* b1 c' w4. 再加cream of tartar, baking soda和面粉. 继续搅拌.
0 d3 Z/ y4 D2 Q, e5. 把和好的面,搓成约2.5厘米的圆球.放入烤盘中,间距约5厘米.
) l/ V0 D/ F+ V6. 烤箱温度约350华氏.烤12-15分钟,到边缘发黄.

2 V% y7 R- E; n( Q* s7. 等烤箱温度凉下来,拿出继续晾凉.就行了.
