Job Description:
; Y$ {+ B1 E4 m- @9 rSupervise and co-ordinate sales staff and cashiers
- d* |% f; R; |- @  P2 W1 F# }5 W1 rAssign sales workers to duties and prepare work schedules
0 H7 P" n$ u9 _* S, l6 ?Authorize payments by cheque and the return of merchandise
: u5 H& Q, _7 `* f* B% X& Q" r5 p6 ?Sell merchandise to customers
$ M3 j5 p/ R0 t, I9 Z" F: w* }( @Resolve problems that arise, such as customer complaints and supply shortages
( p& O3 G& g/ ?6 k9 p- w% m' SMaintain specified inventory and order merchandise
Prepare reports regarding sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters
Hire and train or arrange for the training of new sales staff

Employment requirements:

        Completion of secondary school is required
9 g- Y$ Q. [( n) F% Y$ M         2 - 3 years work experience as retail salesperson
