- Prepare and mix metalizing solutions according to formulas or specifications
+ I: H( p j9 A, H" |( j: H5 Y- Operate and control electroplating equipment to coat metal and other objects8 X7 d) g1 ?, { [6 i
- Operate hot-dip metal plating equipment to galvanize metal and other objects! { Y4 c% \$ {8 A1 I
- Tend automatic metal coating machine which conveys objects through series of cleaning, rinsing and plating solutions
) `& j7 [: z* X) e- Operate spray equipment to build up worn or damaged parts or to bond protective or decorative coatings on metal objects
* Q% ?0 s9 s+ H- }+ \2 N, g2 K* h; k7 h- Check proper thickness of plating using micrometers, callipers or other devices% W5 V4 j! x/ Y* A4 \, J$ d1 e7 f3 e
