谢谢楼上两位,不问还真不知道呢,还以为这房子算很值得呢,我买大房子主要考虑家庭成员多,四个孩子,大点空间给他们活动,地下室分门出入现在孩子小,想比较容易出租,等他们长大了点,就够一人一个卧室了.0 z- P" @4 M0 b9 ^" m) _! g

The total sq ft of a bi-level includes the developed space in the basement but that of a bungalow is the sq ft on the main floor, basement is not included, it is actually a bigger house and costs more; however nowadays description about houses found on the market is misleading and confusing, who knows? A buyer better has to be sure what is its real sq ft on the main before you can determine its actual value.
