The energy giant said the 125,000-barrel-per-day unit was shut down after the fire, and it is currently assessing damage.! e6 @5 D) T* S# n; K* @* [

Suncor has been plagued by a series fires at its oilsands operations in the past five months, suffering three fires since October in the upgraders which convert bitumen into synthetic crude oil./ w' L- A$ w: O$ x) I% X3 c: m+ _1 b
