Milk 500c.c

sugar 80g, }' g c" e; w" ^+ N
. b# v: T# k. @& z2 ~1. Melt and mix cream cheese with sugar (around 80C)

3. Add warm milk, mix until sugar melt completely
5 v& t5 _6 J3 R1 P$ s9 b# f; c4. Filter out the solid stuffs (important step,不然烤好會一粒一粒的)
8 S- d: m( Z. a& ^$ p, F9 ]5. Preheat ovan to 170C(~340F), bake for 40mins on the baking tray with water

egg yolk 5
' h# P; K( w1 [# q9 ?2 csugar 40g+30g" j+ [: @5 t# g8 S
vanilla extract 1/2tsp

6 b6 ?# q" j! y( \( [' @1. heat milk and wipping cream to almost boiled0 x$ r) K$ z) ?# j! \( B' Z. y' h$ J
2. beat egg yolk with 30g sugar 2 a0 n: I& d# h, d
3. add 1 with 2 with another 40g sugar (kinda too sweet for me)+ O7 Q$ t, p- ^1 S, h
4. add with 1/2 tsp vanilla extract, mix well4 R' `% ]7 p: t9 `$ h$ ]# w' E _
5. Preheat ovan to 170C, bake for 40mins on the baking tray with water2 _5 N! F8 }) r( F. }

有蛋白就會比較凝固

下半部很綿但是上半部活像個甜的蒸蛋
