Pudding Recipe

1. Melt and mix cream cheese with sugar (around 80C)2 }0 W" l( Y9 W! `
2. Add mixture of eggs with 1." [1 w% z9 Q! I) S) Y0 M: `$ k: g
3. Add warm milk, mix until sugar melt completely' W" m; y1 W' H) {$ D
4. Filter out the solid stuffs (important step,不然烤好會一粒一粒的)! B- q6 s" g4 E+ F! S$ [( H3 J
5. Preheat ovan to 170C(~340F), bake for 40mins on the baking tray with water

Whipping cream 300ml

1 P8 b+ P) z9 }1 Jegg yolk 5
5 N4 O( G% T- r- R. O/ j: tsugar 40g+30g0 _" F8 y& a- V1 T) x/ ?& ~
vanilla extract 1/2tsp7 d% E. o9 V# ]4 T* @- u6 l1 q& m

1. heat milk and wipping cream to almost boiled% d S* g9 n0 v0 b1 a; t# D% V
2. beat egg yolk with 30g sugar : |6 Y3 B2 K! b2 ]
3. add 1 with 2 with another 40g sugar (kinda too sweet for me)
5 X3 a( @' {5 l7 Z, o8 f; P0 _4. add with 1/2 tsp vanilla extract, mix well. b* @$ Y0 b! O: q; ~& }! @9 y
5. Preheat ovan to 170C, bake for 40mins on the baking tray with water

有蛋白就會比較凝固5 I: a, F) w$ M* T2 Q
第一種做出來有一半超好吃- W& o$ l& H" I
下半部很綿但是上半部活像個甜的蒸蛋! Z) q9 O- h9 m" p( h' y( l
不知道那個步驟出了錯% [4 E4 p* F2 b' R
