The Materials Management Section of the Edmonton Police Service (EPS) is seeking a Purchasing Clerk to perform administrative duties and assist with the procurement of goods and services through various vendors.  Responsibilities include:

·         Performing general office duties, such as answering telephones, filing, preparing and distributing agendas, mail services, handling customer inquiries and complaints, and coordinating the Manager’s meeting and schedule.! n9 A5 Z1 J- D+ u

·         Verifying cash submitted and preparing bank deposit.

·         Two years diversified word and information processing experience.

7 D  `3 h& H0 p+ u/ V21M, Salary Grade: 006, $1,053.13 - $1,307.68 (Bi-Weekly), $27,486.82 - $34,130.38 (Annually). The rates quoted are in accordance with a collective agreement between the Union and the City of Edmonton.- k$ B; ^* j2 N/ Y
