3 N4 ?8 Z- v+ _' ?* K0 Houtlook express 有自动添加联系人的功能，但是microsoft outlook 把这个功能被取消了，说是垃圾邮件太多没有自动添加的必要。习惯了contact book，没有不是很方便。西人网站有这种 add in但是收费不菲。而手动添加一项一项的也比较麻烦，一个相对比较省事的方法是从邮件里添加联系人，具体方法如下：0 p' }9 O" i! H/ Q# p

1.Open the email message from the person you want to add $ C8 S. r7 g! l! t
! N4 {7 ]% |. b; q
2.In the From field, right click the name of the individual you wish to add to Contacts select Add to Outlook Contacts
- s% a& E$ y$ c: Q) vThe Contact dialog box appears with some information completed for you.7 o0 b/ b4 c, f$ v

3.Complete or edit the remaining text boxes as desired 8 R: k. q' ^7 Z4 ~! d
