If you are flying with a Canadian carrier, your Cuban Tourist Card is included in the cost of your air ticket ($20 for 90days otherwise). Your air steward will give you your Cuban Tourist Card on flight. It is not distributed prior. 5 h7 ] C: H2 j8 I0 kBut you need a valid passport as well.
