some found jobs last year

I know somebody found job last year after they got their degree in Canada. Although there degree is not related with power system design, they have a strong backgound, working in the provincail electric power design company( Dian Li She Ji Yuan). You can check the websites of some engineering service companies, such as  Snc-Lavalin or Bantrel.

They are in the same field as me. I worked for power substation design when I was in China.: s9 h0 l7 w" `  B% v

+ |- u9 ]" r0 M) V; {- AI am in ON now. It seems that the AB is developing quickly now and  I wonder if the person who has the electrical design background like me has the chance in Edmonton now. I hope to get more information about the design area, expecially in Electrical Design field in Edmonton.

% a& v3 @: L5 DThey went to the school during IT booming period and wanted to find a IT job. When they graduated, the IT boom crashed and they went back to their previous field.' k  z+ R" f, M2 c+ F  {& F+ @
* w4 [3 y1 W4 Q4 z5 X
Are there Canadian degrees helpful for them when they were looking for jobs?

Maybe yes, maybe no.* p$ z* z" l. R
% d% C) X' l' ]  A! q
Are their jobs they are working now any related to their Canadian degrees?

Gernally speaking, they are all called as electrical engineering. But I think there are big difference.
