院子里的浆果熟了,劳工说这是nanjing cherry, 没听说过,我就找了一个saskatoon的果酱方子。做出来很像山楂糕的味道,但是酸甜更可口,可抱着瓶子大吃,与有心人分享

3 cups saskatoons 750 ml
( A3 z& u/ T4 n& a1 cup water 250 ml ) w! P. D9 g9 p/ U( M
2 Tbsp. corn starch 30 ml & y2 x# ^- ~4 }1 o+ q
1/2 cup sugar 125 ml
) s a7 R# \3 a" K* Mjuice of 1 lemon* 1 $ h* y+ x2 C& r
0 n# A5 P# [4 Y1 XPlace saskatoons in saucepan with water and bring to boil. Simmer 5 minutes, slightly crush berries with a potato masher. Blend cornstarch and sugar, add slowly to saskatoons, and boil until thick and clear. Add lemon juice and cool.- z$ A; S8 k8 W$ f0 ?
