院子里的浆果熟了,劳工说这是nanjing cherry, 没听说过,我就找了一个saskatoon的果酱方子。做出来很像山楂糕的味道,但是酸甜更可口,可抱着瓶子大吃,与有心人分享

S'TOONS 'N STUFF FARM SASKATOON SAUCE o3 m5 w" S& ~( [$ g5 Z0 y
) @( D, O. ?, C# P7 m) u3 cups saskatoons 750 ml
) v. C0 M8 X9 s( i1 cup water 250 ml
# }9 e7 l- U, Z2 Tbsp. corn starch 30 ml

juice of 1 lemon* 1

Place saskatoons in saucepan with water and bring to boil. Simmer 5 minutes, slightly crush berries with a potato masher. Blend cornstarch and sugar, add slowly to saskatoons, and boil until thick and clear. Add lemon juice and cool.+ M% z5 _( g' n9 m5 G6 N
