院子里的浆果熟了,劳工说这是nanjing cherry, 没听说过,我就找了一个saskatoon的果酱方子。做出来很像山楂糕的味道,但是酸甜更可口,可抱着瓶子大吃,与有心人分享% B; V# C" A a0 z9 a' }

S'TOONS 'N STUFF FARM SASKATOON SAUCE - P/ h( x, ^0 i2 l% ?& }$ [

3 cups saskatoons 750 ml
1 V7 q) T* ]# a) X$ Z1 cup water 250 ml 6 B5 k3 {6 \9 |! N
2 Tbsp. corn starch 30 ml
+ ]( k/ x2 _3 n% F2 p2 \! ~3 i3 i1/2 cup sugar 125 ml

4 Z, R" X) c2 k$ |! |" O* ^& BPlace saskatoons in saucepan with water and bring to boil. Simmer 5 minutes, slightly crush berries with a potato masher. Blend cornstarch and sugar, add slowly to saskatoons, and boil until thick and clear. Add lemon juice and cool.
