3 cups saskatoons 750 ml
# [! P, y& c& {) G( J' |9 h" v1 cup water 250 ml
0 c; e0 `& Y' q3 O/ _2 Tbsp. corn starch 30 ml
! o. J, U8 y3 b) {9 R1/2 cup sugar 125 ml
2 W* @" L/ U1 Gjuice of 1 lemon* 1 6 Q* _9 f9 v5 n' r$ |; \* F

Place saskatoons in saucepan with water and bring to boil. Simmer 5 minutes, slightly crush berries with a potato masher. Blend cornstarch and sugar, add slowly to saskatoons, and boil until thick and clear. Add lemon juice and cool.6 |, q; _5 W" k2 k4 N- N. n
