院子里的浆果熟了,劳工说这是nanjing cherry, 没听说过,我就找了一个saskatoon的果酱方子。做出来很像山楂糕的味道,但是酸甜更可口,可抱着瓶子大吃,与有心人分享

S'TOONS 'N STUFF FARM SASKATOON SAUCE " c: d, E% {1 p/ F
/ {9 v1 f/ s+ u; f1 L3 f3 cups saskatoons 750 ml % ?/ Y8 g9 x$ x+ y" `: g- I4 O% w
1 cup water 250 ml
4 A2 o0 Q( s/ A+ r s7 t2 Tbsp. corn starch 30 ml

juice of 1 lemon* 1 / [; D& Q" e1 N. {4 a% _( s
! ?+ F6 ?5 E" X, ]+ T+ R0 `# SPlace saskatoons in saucepan with water and bring to boil. Simmer 5 minutes, slightly crush berries with a potato masher. Blend cornstarch and sugar, add slowly to saskatoons, and boil until thick and clear. Add lemon juice and cool.. M! [1 x2 j2 a0 h6 I* F* A
