院子里的浆果熟了,劳工说这是nanjing cherry, 没听说过,我就找了一个saskatoon的果酱方子。做出来很像山楂糕的味道,但是酸甜更可口,可抱着瓶子大吃,与有心人分享

S'TOONS 'N STUFF FARM SASKATOON SAUCE 8 _; _5 o4 l9 I, T
0 g5 R: P& ]/ P. Y- ~" N$ M3 cups saskatoons 750 ml
& s$ b- e" a2 K3 t1 cup water 250 ml
# [; x( |; c: _ q2 Tbsp. corn starch 30 ml
4 v6 f3 C8 K/ U1/2 cup sugar 125 ml ; O, ?! o( L/ \
juice of 1 lemon* 1 5 i. z; q6 Q6 e5 d2 U
6 {. s1 x9 a$ G( S+ j4 kPlace saskatoons in saucepan with water and bring to boil. Simmer 5 minutes, slightly crush berries with a potato masher. Blend cornstarch and sugar, add slowly to saskatoons, and boil until thick and clear. Add lemon juice and cool.

Serving Suggestion:

Slice a pound cake or Orange Loaf** (, spoon sauce over two slices, top with Cool Whip and another dollop of sauce. Yum!
