Is looking for a long-term part-time Administrative Assistant, who is a clients' focused and result oriented individual; (with the possibility of becoming full-time);

range - $12 - $14 based on candidate's qualification;
Schedule: Flexible workweek, 7 Hours/ day between 9:00 am and 5:00 pm;

Must be proficient in English speaking, reading and writing & in Chinese (Cantonese OR Mandarin)

- Being able to handle stress, process documents and work independantly.
-Paying attention to details;
- Good time management and organizational skills required;
-Post-secondary education preferred;
' }- U3 j3 g/ J1 L5 H-previously related office experience preferred;
- Willing to learn and walk extra miles;

9 W* M0 B( M" E4 G0 N- Handling phone enquiries, clients' in-person enquiries;
- Translating documents from Chinese to English and vice versa- Preparing professional/legal letters, editing, proofreading and sending documents;
- o& [1 P6 O+ T4 H* |- Preparing/gathering documents;Record management; Doing research and updating files;
