Is looking for a long-term part-time Administrative Assistant, who is a clients' focused and result oriented individual; (with the possibility of becoming full-time);
! i1 ]9 D# j6 a% Z
range - $12 - $14 based on candidate's qualification;
1 R. q; B; H0 s. R. L# ASchedule: Flexible workweek, 7 Hours/ day between 9:00 am and 5:00 pm;

Must be proficient in English speaking, reading and writing & in Chinese (Cantonese OR Mandarin)

- Being able to handle stress, process documents and work independantly.
-Paying attention to details;
& d' ^! q+ {& n) y, p9 k- Good time management and organizational skills required;
5 p! ~# U' [; Q! V  O-Post-secondary education preferred;
-previously related office experience preferred;
- Willing to learn and walk extra miles;

Job Duties:
- Handling phone enquiries, clients' in-person enquiries;
- Translating documents from Chinese to English and vice versa- Preparing professional/legal letters, editing, proofreading and sending documents;
- Preparing/gathering documents;Record management; Doing research and updating files;
- Meeting clients and providing consultation to clients;
