Is looking for a long-term part-time Administrative Assistant, who is a clients' focused and result oriented individual; (with the possibility of becoming full-time);

1 R4 J" g6 j8 }: V  mrange - $12 - $14 based on candidate's qualification;
Schedule: Flexible workweek, 7 Hours/ day between 9:00 am and 5:00 pm;

Must be proficient in English speaking, reading and writing & in Chinese (Cantonese OR Mandarin)

- Being able to handle stress, process documents and work independantly.
) q* @' Y1 u$ A& a-Paying attention to details;
. e0 Z/ Y: ]1 B. R& K- Good time management and organizational skills required;
6 k3 n2 C0 O( F  h0 p-Post-secondary education preferred;
-previously related office experience preferred;
! r8 x  y6 C( Y6 b- Willing to learn and walk extra miles;

% T2 S. }+ h9 D- S- Handling phone enquiries, clients' in-person enquiries;
- Translating documents from Chinese to English and vice versa- Preparing professional/legal letters, editing, proofreading and sending documents;
- Preparing/gathering documents;Record management; Doing research and updating files;
