• Negotiate contracts for best overall value (cost, quality) 0 @2 d m- u' |+ W/ [( M
• Evaluates and administers agreements for contracted services including preparing new contracts, contract renewals, and contract amendments.$ v* T" f0 X0 y9 W9 k( M6 m" F
• Create bid packages (Tenders, RFP¿s, RFQ¿s, RFI¿s, etc) and assist in evaluation of bid documents with recommendations to award.

) D* u7 l O4 P2 W5 M• Resolve issues raised and ensure full execution, internal and external distribution and systems updates; $ e, J; w, a& E" ]2 Z6 ]
• Perform applicable post contract award management activities; 5 k( C) T* G/ q8 C
• Deployment of existing company systems for Tendering and Contract Management activities (ProCon, SAP, etc.).+ y) j1 c/ V' [# [' a) E$ `* g+ d

• Post secondary education in any of the following: Law, Business, Finance, Accounting, and Commerce;
' K) H, B* j5 E% E2 t: X- w6 B• Strong interpersonal, communication and organizational skills;
' F k: r/ c6 }7 F2 H( \• Ability to prioritize and adapt to change with professional etiquette is a must;
