Job Duties / Responsibilities
; L& B p3 @1 c- O* r: G) k3 G+ V9 r• Negotiate contracts for best overall value (cost, quality)
- ~6 U, e0 ^- e0 |% H0 ^• Evaluates and administers agreements for contracted services including preparing new contracts, contract renewals, and contract amendments.
7 R6 K' y) I1 a• Create bid packages (Tenders, RFP¿s, RFQ¿s, RFI¿s, etc) and assist in evaluation of bid documents with recommendations to award. 6 X8 \: E- B1 u/ x! \# C
• Ensure contract compliance with SOX and the organization¿s business process requirements;+ ^9 B' }- h9 T- s! A5 U
• Resolve issues raised and ensure full execution, internal and external distribution and systems updates;
" V- G, j0 h/ x# O {6 ^• Perform applicable post contract award management activities;
1 r! n G/ w( t: ~• Deployment of existing company systems for Tendering and Contract Management activities (ProCon, SAP, etc.).; ~6 d3 f3 F m

- B W+ H* u. PEducation / Experience
: s5 C* `! ]( W! M' ]/ X. T• Post secondary education in any of the following: Law, Business, Finance, Accounting, and Commerce;
( D2 Y& K+ h/ U3 @• Strong interpersonal, communication and organizational skills; . R% ^; U6 Y6 j6 o7 e* E. o- L7 f7 P
• Ability to prioritize and adapt to change with professional etiquette is a must; & H o1 C9 P% u7 P* g
• Excellent computer skills in Microsoft Office applications and SAP. |
