Job Duties / Responsibilities
* X7 o7 ]8 o) R9 o5 @) ^9 C$ p• Negotiate contracts for best overall value (cost, quality)
! A4 P5 R6 g1 Z' T& ~• Evaluates and administers agreements for contracted services including preparing new contracts, contract renewals, and contract amendments.; W2 x7 l, H9 f x4 n9 E# q
• Create bid packages (Tenders, RFP¿s, RFQ¿s, RFI¿s, etc) and assist in evaluation of bid documents with recommendations to award.
. ^, ]; |. ^) X& A/ k0 N/ B• Ensure contract compliance with SOX and the organization¿s business process requirements;' \( A$ b+ t- R9 W7 L/ j; v
• Resolve issues raised and ensure full execution, internal and external distribution and systems updates;

* x& l2 ]3 B" {3 |& J. J5 V• Deployment of existing company systems for Tendering and Contract Management activities (ProCon, SAP, etc.).

Education / Experience
, V ^3 A" Q$ c+ n• Post secondary education in any of the following: Law, Business, Finance, Accounting, and Commerce; % V3 @, L3 h( ?$ j. f5 z
• Strong interpersonal, communication and organizational skills; - D/ T( M6 I& L% u% G9 u1 X1 Q
• Ability to prioritize and adapt to change with professional etiquette is a must; 9 C& ~5 d+ b1 @ u
• Excellent computer skills in Microsoft Office applications and SAP. |
