C# Systems Analyst - The resource(s) will be responsible for development, maintenance, testing and support of applications and interfaces accessing desktop and web applications.
% L6 ?% R! p  M0 v& b, B, S7 \Duties:
•        Gathering and documenting requirements;
8 E" P0 h( q- A! q' _( ]/ I•        Leading and/or facilitating requirements sessions with business users;
6 e" x3 C% @8 E8 m9 `& [1 y•        Performing detailed analysis and design of proposed application changes;
7 z7 Z! i4 R, s2 F5 I4 J+ H9 z, V! Z•        Performing program modifications and enhancements with minimal direction;
•        Providing impact analysis of proposed business changes on the application, in terms of development effort and processing;
! n1 i. h  b1 L8 [$ ^•        Developing and executing test cases and scenarios and documenting expected and actual outcomes;
4 e/ q! s- J" z, a: ^•        Leading a subset of the larger team in a particular short term enhancement effort;
( G& k# [7 j' c$ d% B2 |+ d/ l4 g•        Developing programs to extract or convert data for use elsewhere;
•        Providing on-call support on an as-needed basis;
•        Developing and maintaining application documentation; and
•        Using modeling techniques for data, process and business design.
4 h) U0 T" u5 S- N* W' sMandatory Requirements:
•        3 years of experience as an analyst designing and/or developing large mission critical applications.
8 Q: }1 K+ |+ e. A2 [•        4 years of experience gathering & formally documenting requirements and performing detailed analysis and design of N-tier distributed applications using object oriented design techniques.
•        3 years of experience leading or facilitating user requirement / application design sessions with business clients.
•        3 years of experience working in a team environment with 3 or more developers.
9 f- u1 ?- D/ R6 P7 t# U•        3 years of experience with formal change management procedures.
  F9 j$ p0 t: }$ s! Q1 o6 w•        3 years of experience developing SQL queries and stored procedures for an MS SQL Server database.(Oracle can be substituted for one year of MS SQL)
, I' X: M% H0 z7 p% ~6 T/ K•        3 years of experience building applications using C# with the .NET framework.(Java can be substituted for one year of C#)
1 ?' v' U$ a( }( h6 Y/ R1 ODesirable Requirements:
•        Experience creating artifacts using Rational Unified Process (RUP).
•        6 years of experience plus a degree or diploma
