C# Systems Analyst - The resource(s) will be responsible for development, maintenance, testing and support of applications and interfaces accessing desktop and web applications. 7 S) X' _0 ~' I3 ~
Duties:, ^, o. B% d% J1 ^% x {: s) y$ u
• Gathering and documenting requirements;
% r0 w) H4 X1 N2 Q7 ]• Leading and/or facilitating requirements sessions with business users; 2 C+ z& I' Q! V* z( Q0 o! W
• Performing detailed analysis and design of proposed application changes;
9 V2 y- Q6 G" }6 O# {, Y8 j! G• Performing program modifications and enhancements with minimal direction;
2 s& I6 k" \5 t0 y% x8 y• Providing impact analysis of proposed business changes on the application, in terms of development effort and processing; + j8 k+ r" F9 _, \
• Developing and executing test cases and scenarios and documenting expected and actual outcomes; % j3 V* ]5 H/ p+ L ^+ @+ Y* `8 M
• Leading a subset of the larger team in a particular short term enhancement effort;
; _4 O0 V1 D7 j! I, l" Y8 W9 c• Developing programs to extract or convert data for use elsewhere; 9 G! l% l3 f5 J- N* M3 s. @* B
• Providing on-call support on an as-needed basis; : o9 H4 n ~& h, y5 C& {
• Developing and maintaining application documentation; and - ^2 z @3 N3 |. S
• Using modeling techniques for data, process and business design.
# d# U' j& z2 t& ~* w$ JMandatory Requirements:
' h- {3 ?5 k& ]3 ]' w• 3 years of experience as an analyst designing and/or developing large mission critical applications.: I s4 r& ?1 t' [1 X5 u9 Z
• 4 years of experience gathering & formally documenting requirements and performing detailed analysis and design of N-tier distributed applications using object oriented design techniques.
! X3 h! H2 q( p8 u* P- ^% c" D• 3 years of experience leading or facilitating user requirement / application design sessions with business clients.3 }4 X# J4 t# l) c
• 3 years of experience working in a team environment with 3 or more developers.5 m( L1 ?8 ^+ [/ W3 d
• 3 years of experience with formal change management procedures.6 g8 E5 k: n# b' @3 ?
• 3 years of experience developing SQL queries and stored procedures for an MS SQL Server database.(Oracle can be substituted for one year of MS SQL); @) e9 f6 n; ^
• 3 years of experience building applications using C# with the .NET framework.(Java can be substituted for one year of C#)

• Experience creating artifacts using Rational Unified Process (RUP).
