% T& H2 `3 O$ q& LC# Systems Analyst - The resource(s) will be responsible for development, maintenance, testing and support of applications and interfaces accessing desktop and web applications. 8 i& n: V+ M) u7 p. U' s2 \1 ]+ l
Duties:
$ X4 v% S- v8 K( ~$ F! m# y6 Z2 V• Gathering and documenting requirements; , M3 \( R, _4 K( c% W
• Leading and/or facilitating requirements sessions with business users; 2 u# y- u: a5 n
• Performing detailed analysis and design of proposed application changes;
1 u0 }5 B$ d# x& m+ f' \) [; @: a! a• Performing program modifications and enhancements with minimal direction;
" I6 P- `& S& q: R1 A P• Providing impact analysis of proposed business changes on the application, in terms of development effort and processing;
; s; ?3 I3 w4 R9 e• Developing and executing test cases and scenarios and documenting expected and actual outcomes; 9 b) d2 n( ?3 O3 w/ |/ M$ D9 t
• Leading a subset of the larger team in a particular short term enhancement effort;
* C0 Z K/ X- C* H, r• Developing programs to extract or convert data for use elsewhere; . `: f, Q1 r4 h4 B
• Providing on-call support on an as-needed basis;
7 q/ ^! H* Q# Y4 n1 E• Developing and maintaining application documentation; and
. O# k+ F8 B! `& |; k: [, ^/ g• Using modeling techniques for data, process and business design.
* j/ x8 W) E5 y* ZMandatory Requirements:
2 F2 c; i% y- {• 3 years of experience as an analyst designing and/or developing large mission critical applications.
: F1 U6 }6 {: V8 z; O6 W, _• 4 years of experience gathering & formally documenting requirements and performing detailed analysis and design of N-tier distributed applications using object oriented design techniques.
1 Q) \. d. w6 a/ Q5 m• 3 years of experience leading or facilitating user requirement / application design sessions with business clients.
% c( Y3 x8 [0 A• 3 years of experience working in a team environment with 3 or more developers.
5 F7 \6 v4 @% q4 Z6 l. c9 v+ S• 3 years of experience with formal change management procedures.' l. u4 T) C0 y2 m5 [# S% I' Y4 V! }
• 3 years of experience developing SQL queries and stored procedures for an MS SQL Server database.(Oracle can be substituted for one year of MS SQL) g G. A4 c# \8 x" |' Z
• 3 years of experience building applications using C# with the .NET framework.(Java can be substituted for one year of C#)

• Experience creating artifacts using Rational Unified Process (RUP).
