) g g( K2 z3 oC# Systems Analyst - The resource(s) will be responsible for development, maintenance, testing and support of applications and interfaces accessing desktop and web applications.

0 V1 A3 U- A/ P• Gathering and documenting requirements;
0 J5 ]$ k) i& F, e; s, W+ P/ j( x• Leading and/or facilitating requirements sessions with business users;
+ ]* |" w3 i2 k: q) u# U9 j: X• Performing detailed analysis and design of proposed application changes;
' z7 R. b& j% i, |• Performing program modifications and enhancements with minimal direction; 6 W2 O) I& w1 e2 X
• Providing impact analysis of proposed business changes on the application, in terms of development effort and processing;
5 [$ f9 L+ M1 Z6 X1 r+ M m8 Y• Developing and executing test cases and scenarios and documenting expected and actual outcomes;
; \4 G& c1 Y# }* t5 }8 N% U• Leading a subset of the larger team in a particular short term enhancement effort; . Y% N9 M- F& ~0 t& F& f' s. P
• Developing programs to extract or convert data for use elsewhere;
0 V+ V/ W9 t/ O$ m$ s( d• Providing on-call support on an as-needed basis;
# _1 B9 \% r: _6 R+ _" ~/ m7 c• Developing and maintaining application documentation; and
4 f0 Q2 u3 r, Q" C# s• Using modeling techniques for data, process and business design.
4 v6 I+ x( b: N8 wMandatory Requirements:
, W( P1 e+ {* v• 3 years of experience as an analyst designing and/or developing large mission critical applications.2 d1 b. r A, ]& _0 T
• 4 years of experience gathering & formally documenting requirements and performing detailed analysis and design of N-tier distributed applications using object oriented design techniques.
, L4 K$ i5 y+ a: i• 3 years of experience leading or facilitating user requirement / application design sessions with business clients.
2 ^& U" U3 N" |7 \- N0 }• 3 years of experience working in a team environment with 3 or more developers.& R; |* `9 P2 P4 r% c( Z6 w7 l I
• 3 years of experience with formal change management procedures.
$ G$ l% d# K' L& j6 |6 {$ l* C• 3 years of experience developing SQL queries and stored procedures for an MS SQL Server database.(Oracle can be substituted for one year of MS SQL)
9 _9 E# C, u, V& Y: @" x• 3 years of experience building applications using C# with the .NET framework.(Java can be substituted for one year of C#)1 [* `- @& b3 f* z( p+ v- m
Desirable Requirements:
9 y, \ Z9 ]3 G7 A( l6 \• Experience creating artifacts using Rational Unified Process (RUP).
