C# Systems Analyst

C# Systems Analyst - The resource(s) will be responsible for development, maintenance, testing and support of applications and interfaces accessing desktop and web applications.
1 }% I( j9 B- w* b- x! Q8 p7 J+ D+ _Duties:
•        Gathering and documenting requirements;
1 c  G' r7 H- |0 ^•        Leading and/or facilitating requirements sessions with business users;
•        Performing detailed analysis and design of proposed application changes;
* e. `4 |$ T1 z( Q3 u* F•        Performing program modifications and enhancements with minimal direction;
1 s2 L8 r9 e. T5 H( A•        Providing impact analysis of proposed business changes on the application, in terms of development effort and processing;
, q' ~% P4 V" a. M$ o•        Developing and executing test cases and scenarios and documenting expected and actual outcomes;
2 O# C; ~) y/ E•        Leading a subset of the larger team in a particular short term enhancement effort;
  X4 f  v* ^+ \( |•        Developing programs to extract or convert data for use elsewhere;
9 s8 v9 g8 d6 x0 y3 Z•        Providing on-call support on an as-needed basis;
•        Developing and maintaining application documentation; and
•        Using modeling techniques for data, process and business design.
Mandatory Requirements:
1 y$ }/ y+ d% X7 _  K4 @•        3 years of experience as an analyst designing and/or developing large mission critical applications.
9 k, ]$ ~( Y# M9 l  |; z; ?. m•        4 years of experience gathering & formally documenting requirements and performing detailed analysis and design of N-tier distributed applications using object oriented design techniques.
•        3 years of experience leading or facilitating user requirement / application design sessions with business clients.
•        3 years of experience working in a team environment with 3 or more developers.
( P& b- V7 {6 b! Z- Y•        3 years of experience with formal change management procedures.
•        3 years of experience developing SQL queries and stored procedures for an MS SQL Server database.(Oracle can be substituted for one year of MS SQL)
1 D" x7 c; w) L4 D# [•        3 years of experience building applications using C# with the .NET framework.(Java can be substituted for one year of C#)
Desirable Requirements:
•        Experience creating artifacts using Rational Unified Process (RUP).
