C# Systems Analyst - The resource(s) will be responsible for development, maintenance, testing and support of applications and interfaces accessing desktop and web applications.
, ~3 t; ~4 C- |' z% ^7 D! c2 B4 k0 iDuties:
•        Gathering and documenting requirements;
•        Leading and/or facilitating requirements sessions with business users;
/ z% {' Z; w' Y* O% q- T6 ^•        Performing detailed analysis and design of proposed application changes;
; d1 ^) p: Z1 \+ ^•        Performing program modifications and enhancements with minimal direction;
! x5 ]$ q) D7 j: \* d! J2 R% ]•        Providing impact analysis of proposed business changes on the application, in terms of development effort and processing;
; q6 R0 ^" O9 |7 A- t•        Developing and executing test cases and scenarios and documenting expected and actual outcomes;
•        Leading a subset of the larger team in a particular short term enhancement effort;
•        Developing programs to extract or convert data for use elsewhere;
•        Providing on-call support on an as-needed basis;
•        Developing and maintaining application documentation; and

/ D. L4 [' ?$ [5 NMandatory Requirements:
3 A3 P+ H4 L3 ?! L  C7 H•        3 years of experience as an analyst designing and/or developing large mission critical applications.
0 H, S3 [& m0 H" `: @! f3 U; F3 _7 E•        4 years of experience gathering & formally documenting requirements and performing detailed analysis and design of N-tier distributed applications using object oriented design techniques.
•        3 years of experience leading or facilitating user requirement / application design sessions with business clients.
•        3 years of experience working in a team environment with 3 or more developers.
! P, Q3 F7 ], }1 m' @8 S) D•        3 years of experience with formal change management procedures.
•        3 years of experience developing SQL queries and stored procedures for an MS SQL Server database.(Oracle can be substituted for one year of MS SQL)
4 ]/ f% D8 q5 M3 E" P3 e# h6 P+ i7 e•        3 years of experience building applications using C# with the .NET framework.(Java can be substituted for one year of C#)
Desirable Requirements:
•        Experience creating artifacts using Rational Unified Process (RUP).
& A) n7 D2 R+ p) X8 f•        6 years of experience plus a degree or diploma
