• Preparation of meeting agendas and taking minutes as required. p. M/ K0 ]) v* Y* F' t
• Preparation (formatting, compilation) of Monthly reports/Warehouse management (BW) monthly reports.
+ M# ~: M5 N. L% a! w• SAP match reporting and monthly management
" k: D. i5 J7 H3 |; l• Responsible for coordination and organization of office needs and supplies.
. B$ w% Z9 L+ ?. n K4 W2 Y• Organization of company functions/luncheons as required.
& B. M8 R% A7 N! Y3 D• Coordinate network ID / requests for new hires, internal orientations./ W$ [- ^$ E% G8 f; A
• Train new Visa card holders ¿ Visa Administrator.

• General filing, phones, mail distribution incoming / outgoing, mail shipping & receiving / distribution of material, courier tracking.

• Grade 12 or equivalent
% a2 E# m, J+ `6 ?/ C• Proficient in Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Calendar)
" j/ X, d' m" P9 U* U5 ]% v/ n7 h• 3-5 years of related administrative experience e/ L; n/ d3 o6 a& T
• Keyboarding Skills ¿ 50 w.p.m or greater
