Job Duties / Responsibilities' F7 e7 F7 I( Y
• Preparation of meeting agendas and taking minutes as required.
* ?: z. c1 h) j9 ~; l0 B' W' h• Preparation (formatting, compilation) of Monthly reports/Warehouse management (BW) monthly reports.9 `  y  \, k& I* t2 A: u% f
• SAP match reporting and monthly management
3 H4 [! a9 D/ G. h• Responsible for coordination and organization of office needs and supplies.; {7 S5 \+ \+ j; \8 x- E* {0 j
• Organization of company functions/luncheons as required./ q1 N2 M3 D* n( D
• Coordinate network ID / requests for new hires, internal orientations.0 w3 K1 R7 R. p# U5 _
• Train new Visa card holders ¿ Visa Administrator.  j" t5 X; w& s  j
• Preparation of Monthly Visa Statements.5 J( U# C# V# q) P, q. n
• Order business cards as required.
" e8 h" J, w' `; X6 i5 c• Maintain contact list, employee files (including expenses)) |/ }+ e: A. b) g
• Prepare travel approvals, books accommodations / meeting rooms / luncheons.
* S4 t3 M1 Y/ ^3 K3 R2 g• General filing, phones, mail distribution incoming / outgoing, mail shipping & receiving / distribution of material, courier tracking.2 X+ `, k- B( v7 w* e0 h; @. Q! T
• Vacation relief for other administrative staff.
4 R( F# f5 L! n9 {• Preparation, organization and record keeper for Maintenance Department training6 B  k: K8 }4 I" m% C, x4 R. ?

Education / Experience/ s& C5 H) v. |8 R" I
• Grade 12 or equivalent
5 v0 j0 P  a5 J• Proficient in Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Calendar)0 j9 |0 h; N/ H, S! K! P+ \
• 3-5 years of related administrative experience& P/ N$ s- q: }& T" c
• Keyboarding Skills ¿ 50 w.p.m or greater
+ h! r0 Z, U- g. ~• A high level of discretion, confidentiality, and reliability is essential. % j4 U* w& m0 {5 _
• Attention to detail is required. 5 V3 U! x5 D# X; f% Q
• High level of customer service skills is a must.

• Business Administration Diploma or relevant certificate would be considered an asset.
