Job Duties / Responsibilities' n" }1 a# _! r% b( G8 n! a
• Preparation of meeting agendas and taking minutes as required.3 Y! i4 s' @0 q( m* h+ O
• Preparation (formatting, compilation) of Monthly reports/Warehouse management (BW) monthly reports.
% F: W6 |3 Z+ F3 i/ h: D• SAP match reporting and monthly management
% S. n a! I [4 u• Responsible for coordination and organization of office needs and supplies.
3 u' h7 f7 r" K6 b* h" M, d• Organization of company functions/luncheons as required.3 i, M, h* Z, U; U: u+ n
• Coordinate network ID / requests for new hires, internal orientations.6 n8 }' n, k1 i
• Train new Visa card holders ¿ Visa Administrator.
) j/ _% m9 ` J8 T• Preparation of Monthly Visa Statements.* W9 f/ C5 G% M8 C" @/ |3 ^# \- Y
• Order business cards as required.

• General filing, phones, mail distribution incoming / outgoing, mail shipping & receiving / distribution of material, courier tracking., T* j3 F4 q. @7 V% _
• Vacation relief for other administrative staff.3 H0 l2 P6 B% m$ P! T
• Preparation, organization and record keeper for Maintenance Department training+ x L8 C, ]0 P* v8 J, u$ H

- O' s% M U) [; Q; i% B! u# jEducation / Experience
* @. A" r5 M& m0 d4 F• Grade 12 or equivalent
* }2 g2 m+ i% g1 k! f( S2 q• Proficient in Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Calendar)
6 {* y& W0 ^' k. ~9 d9 ~• 3-5 years of related administrative experience
6 g$ P2 o2 Y: @/ |# V- ?• Keyboarding Skills ¿ 50 w.p.m or greater0 A/ n* J4 t* h. ?8 X: O0 K+ a

• Attention to detail is required.
