3 ?7 Q6 N4 u! G% P# a$ E5 Q" `This role is responsible for the following activities representing site:
K3 C( e- m$ ~/ A• First line SPI support for site personnel as it pertains to all SPI databases representing the operating Plants; this includes interfacing with Nexen Corporate SPI 2nd line support
' h2 c5 G, u; i- B* n* ?• Provide SPI training to Operations personnel
: ~& y: X9 B8 \: o- |• Administer User Group permissions, and site user accounts! K, L5 x2 C1 r1 n' Q0 }
• SPI Redline incorporation (As-Building) of Instrument Index, Instrument Datasheets, Instrument Loop Drawings, Instrumentation Panel Strip Reports, and Foundation Fieldbus Segments
- e9 o* }% d" D6 w5 E• Assist Instrument Engineering with preparation of engineering packages including assigning & approval of tag numbers, and generation of loop drawings, data sheets & wiring diagrams2 H9 G! Q! ~; N: o$ \" a. I* P
• Autocad and Microstation drafting
( O' H3 ~ m; M v# n• Adherence to the Corporate data handling and storage practices as it pertains to Instrumentation deliverables
; c* U% ~* a3 n* r• Site governor of Nexen SPI Corporate standards, procedures, workflows, and guidelines. Taking direction from the Corporate SPI Administrator
5 Y6 M% f6 ^. \: ]" L• Site coordinator for SPI data dissemination for maintenance and operations concurrent projects. Interfacing with the Nexen Corporate SPI Administrator to ensure Projects have timely access to the required data.

Education / Experience$ @5 I! j: X s u% F
• Must have a minimum of 5 years hands on experience as a Designer working in INtools/SPI
9 ~" X6 U& `! |8 g7 N/ \• Must have a minimum of 2 years hands on experience as an INtools/SPI Administrator
" f* \* w% h0 J3 C) c, d• Diploma in Engineering Drafting Technology or a combination of education and experience will be considered
4 {3 ^1 J; c% x5 H- e• Experience with Autocad v2008 and Microstation v8 is required
. u% P- d* j; `/ s4 i• Experience with Livelink, Smart Plant Electrical and Smart Plant P&ID will be considered an asset+ h- E4 S" ^# z) T: ~1 g
• Experience working as a member of an Owner Operator organization supporting SPI is an asset. |
