Job Duties / Responsibilities
! z& v$ p3 L$ D1 a! K. s: p# qThis role is responsible for the following activities representing site: 5 u. ~- _) p$ X( o- C2 m
• First line SPI support for site personnel as it pertains to all SPI databases representing the operating Plants; this includes interfacing with Nexen Corporate SPI 2nd line support6 ?" O2 G7 ^/ U
• Provide SPI training to Operations personnel, C/ F V, }4 ^' y" _9 q1 z
• Administer User Group permissions, and site user accounts4 |" }1 V: W. i' v" k- i
• SPI Redline incorporation (As-Building) of Instrument Index, Instrument Datasheets, Instrument Loop Drawings, Instrumentation Panel Strip Reports, and Foundation Fieldbus Segments
9 s/ p& G9 F9 Q+ Q/ P% H$ n/ {6 _• Assist Instrument Engineering with preparation of engineering packages including assigning & approval of tag numbers, and generation of loop drawings, data sheets & wiring diagrams

7 B% O. v6 f# _- ^0 @/ f0 o• Adherence to the Corporate data handling and storage practices as it pertains to Instrumentation deliverables
* ]7 T: d) g- G" e• Site governor of Nexen SPI Corporate standards, procedures, workflows, and guidelines. Taking direction from the Corporate SPI Administrator
5 C$ G+ S4 A. X9 b8 f- Z- I• Site coordinator for SPI data dissemination for maintenance and operations concurrent projects. Interfacing with the Nexen Corporate SPI Administrator to ensure Projects have timely access to the required data., p! {4 q7 c4 g# \

Education / Experience t) E8 g3 c, _9 }& O
• Must have a minimum of 5 years hands on experience as a Designer working in INtools/SPI
" q$ I8 c- R( F% `) q5 q9 o• Must have a minimum of 2 years hands on experience as an INtools/SPI Administrator: Q* R t/ B( w T0 I; m
• Diploma in Engineering Drafting Technology or a combination of education and experience will be considered
: ]# V1 Z( K6 T0 w% s: U• Experience with Autocad v2008 and Microstation v8 is required
' y) }4 W" w6 }6 S! O' F2 R# S• Experience with Livelink, Smart Plant Electrical and Smart Plant P&ID will be considered an asset
