5 |5 W; ]& O; SThis role is responsible for the following activities representing site:
5 p' m, c9 F2 [- ]• First line SPI support for site personnel as it pertains to all SPI databases representing the operating Plants; this includes interfacing with Nexen Corporate SPI 2nd line support
$ `7 |5 b! A2 X! d/ {# [. v6 R• Provide SPI training to Operations personnel
, Q- S0 {6 ]1 M) |; R4 q• Administer User Group permissions, and site user accounts% Y* K" f) d. ~+ E) P, U
• SPI Redline incorporation (As-Building) of Instrument Index, Instrument Datasheets, Instrument Loop Drawings, Instrumentation Panel Strip Reports, and Foundation Fieldbus Segments% ]) x; l; O, x" l3 K1 [3 ~
• Assist Instrument Engineering with preparation of engineering packages including assigning & approval of tag numbers, and generation of loop drawings, data sheets & wiring diagrams# H$ ~& h# k' D/ h0 T1 o) m
• Autocad and Microstation drafting U6 R3 q, A+ d; V# m
• Adherence to the Corporate data handling and storage practices as it pertains to Instrumentation deliverables
2 O7 Q0 k3 W5 V% t( e• Site governor of Nexen SPI Corporate standards, procedures, workflows, and guidelines. Taking direction from the Corporate SPI Administrator/ J6 E) F& K. a [, r* |2 E2 `
• Site coordinator for SPI data dissemination for maintenance and operations concurrent projects. Interfacing with the Nexen Corporate SPI Administrator to ensure Projects have timely access to the required data.9 u$ O, q4 Z2 t/ A" A+ `, y

( a a& H) P0 Q% _7 @Education / Experience1 _9 c4 \' }2 f* r& F5 T9 y
• Must have a minimum of 5 years hands on experience as a Designer working in INtools/SPI
( v; K0 M$ _* y" \4 U• Must have a minimum of 2 years hands on experience as an INtools/SPI Administrator. E( A9 m% R$ x/ f* g4 D1 y8 [8 k1 o
• Diploma in Engineering Drafting Technology or a combination of education and experience will be considered& Q& x+ `" O% N' {! E3 K% l
• Experience with Autocad v2008 and Microstation v8 is required+ A( K9 {4 J# J3 j0 U i
• Experience with Livelink, Smart Plant Electrical and Smart Plant P&ID will be considered an asset, u0 H2 |, ^. n1 s6 |
• Experience working as a member of an Owner Operator organization supporting SPI is an asset. |
