Police Service Preparation Program

2 V% p- s0 p3 sThis program is for immigrants and members of visible minorities who have an interest in a career in law enforcement.

Start date: November 2, 2009 End date: March 31, 2010.
: h6 t+ W1 h1 pPrograms run from Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 4:00pm
Location: Edmonton Mennonite Centre for Newcomers, 8914 118 Avenue

You must be/have:
( B$ y5 @0 u7 i# |• Alberta High School Diploma (or equivalent)
• Unemployed or underemployed
• Minimum 18 years of age
• Good moral character

% n0 d0 S& U) ?6 O/ o' X• Good written and verbal communication skills – must be at a CLB 6+
' f  s, }" o5 @• Must possess a valid class 5 driver’s license
• No criminal convictions for which a pardon has not been granted
