The Business Link’s toll-free business information line, web-based services, innovative uses of video conferencing technologies, and walk-in centers in Edmonton and Calgary ensure clients throughout Alberta have access to our many resources.- \0 e$ O/ l* G7 p4 G  J4 ^* X

We are currently looking for a Client Services Representative to assist us with welcoming clients to our centre, recommending services based on their inquiry, coordinating office maintenance, administrative duties, and data entry.

# @' T- W* D2 g9 v! x" g, w7 ~6 E7 q- `! v' U/ a: u
•        Providing exceptional client service to walk-in and phone clients of The Business Link and tenant organizations
3 a0 e: ]) K, i•        Keeping calendar of events up to date including arrangement and acceptance of new bookings and successful completion of scheduled meetings
" \2 z8 _2 N( A7 s: D: M3 m•        Working closely with the Business Marketing Officer to ensure that the front desk displays are in compliance with TBL’s marketing approach 6 Z: T5 u: c6 S' k6 u
•        Promoting TBL products and services
3 v8 c7 R- ^# X+ ^•        Accurately processing sales and performing daily cash balance ; U. Z5 H% [8 \) ~8 w6 d
•        Providing appropriate paperwork to account payables and receivables
: D' Y  P" e! t- |# @# ?* Y; x•        Taking part in team and individual projects that will contribute to efficient provision of TBL’s services across Alberta

•        Assisting with administration of the Guest Advisor Program

•        Opening and closing of The Business Link Office 3 y, B( {: u2 }# X2 O: Y3 t1 D
•        Ensuring that the front desk and boardrooms are clean, tidy, and stocked with supplies at all times , i/ z5 }+ G+ k  I9 \
•        Other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience: J' ^2 k6 F0 U
6 L; v% r7 T  R2 U7 S3 N2 d
•        Minimum 2 years of Customer service experience ; @5 v# e/ N! Q9 t. O
•        Administrative experience including reception, cash register, and scheduling. t8 W$ y; u( t$ V+ F; T
•        College Certificate or Diploma in related field.
# Q! [6 }* a3 L& v0 ?" k, b) j+ d3 {& I& |( H, S7 L4 j+ D! n

        Strong work ethic* `- k: V9 q" @/ X( B& k
        Professional, diplomatic and  self-starter

        Ability to effectively communicate and build relationships at all levels of the organization

        Continuous learning is essential to perform job effectively
