The Business Link’s toll-free business information line, web-based services, innovative uses of video conferencing technologies, and walk-in centers in Edmonton and Calgary ensure clients throughout Alberta have access to our many resources.

We are currently looking for a Client Services Representative to assist us with welcoming clients to our centre, recommending services based on their inquiry, coordinating office maintenance, administrative duties, and data entry.6 E N" u/ ~) t* q

Position Summary

" y: Y, F) i& [( _) }0 _• Providing exceptional client service to walk-in and phone clients of The Business Link and tenant organizations # v, x0 f" r- _9 Q1 r R8 N; X
• Keeping calendar of events up to date including arrangement and acceptance of new bookings and successful completion of scheduled meetings
: g' T% n2 C2 [2 o+ {8 D. }• Working closely with the Business Marketing Officer to ensure that the front desk displays are in compliance with TBL’s marketing approach 9 _: l& c. ?/ J- q
• Promoting TBL products and services
: o7 T& ]8 ~& q! }• Accurately processing sales and performing daily cash balance
* o% r2 L8 J# V• Providing appropriate paperwork to account payables and receivables
' J1 L; I) @" }; {) y* o• Taking part in team and individual projects that will contribute to efficient provision of TBL’s services across Alberta 4 G2 B% U3 m$ J2 Z/ v- {
• Keeping accurate tracking of client interactions – data entry. x, r6 C6 W! A$ r2 n( U1 ^1 Z$ w
• Assisting with administration of the Guest Advisor Program
& x( G* B6 Z, Y( n6 H! W• Arranging catering for various meetings 5 F! I* q6 h2 x6 u0 l& u7 y
• Opening and closing of The Business Link Office 9 c7 W. y9 O) [* R) ~- b
• Ensuring that the front desk and boardrooms are clean, tidy, and stocked with supplies at all times

• Administrative experience including reception, cash register, and scheduling
