/ |8 x: s5 N5 b2 Y" JWe are currently looking for a Client Services Representative to assist us with welcoming clients to our centre, recommending services based on their inquiry, coordinating office maintenance, administrative duties, and data entry.7 K8 u& r% L' ~) ]# W- g

• Providing exceptional client service to walk-in and phone clients of The Business Link and tenant organizations ! ^- \4 v9 [. g9 Z2 m+ O7 I- f
• Keeping calendar of events up to date including arrangement and acceptance of new bookings and successful completion of scheduled meetings
. R( `, U- E; h+ n. V2 l• Working closely with the Business Marketing Officer to ensure that the front desk displays are in compliance with TBL’s marketing approach
# p4 Z% g: j8 _3 ]" M• Promoting TBL products and services
) i, l& F- D* k4 Y+ B- @• Accurately processing sales and performing daily cash balance
2 l1 k0 q/ h8 z, i4 L- r+ s• Providing appropriate paperwork to account payables and receivables

• Keeping accurate tracking of client interactions – data entry9 K( Y* Y0 ]7 [2 Y5 Y
• Assisting with administration of the Guest Advisor Program ; L0 `% d5 }4 F% q4 Z+ x
• Arranging catering for various meetings 9 p5 l8 X& Q2 o4 U- b

• Ensuring that the front desk and boardrooms are clean, tidy, and stocked with supplies at all times 5 d2 x$ h! W. a* N' j

Education and Experience

• Minimum 2 years of Customer service experience
