$ L8 L& J) P6 u! P5 L# gWe are hiring a Chief Administrative Officer to manage and operate our facility which consists of two towers of 190 Seniors Independent Living units in the downtown area.

9 G: A0 w$ }) I8 W% `Educational requirement:  
        University Degree, or
        Post-Secondary education  with specialization in a relevant discipline, or
        A combination of Highschool education and extensive relevant experience/specialization.

* A* l9 h' D# w# R9 NOther requirements:
5 H& [1 \3 j4 }  Z+ c* C& O* H' r        Experience in working with seniors and senior services;
/ ~$ N9 N! D( s2 {" b  P# E        Staff supervision and human resources experience;
        Budget preparation and financial reporting;
4 K8 Q6 a$ D& o" p        Procurement and service contract management;
        General building management;
1 i4 g% Q" I% g" V+ P# X. N        Experience in preparing and submitting reports to various levels of government;
9 W. @; y5 t% o1 W        Must be able to speak, read and write fluent English and Chinese (Cantonese-speaking is essential).
