We are hiring a Chief Administrative Officer to manage and operate our facility which consists of two towers of 190 Seniors Independent Living units in the downtown area.

  e, G8 [& Y2 g) lEducational requirement:  
. a. ^; Q9 ^, v9 l: t0 @        University Degree, or
! _3 n% e7 C4 ?4 V: ]( ?        Post-Secondary education  with specialization in a relevant discipline, or
. y' J1 [9 F7 L! ~        A combination of Highschool education and extensive relevant experience/specialization.

+ D1 |5 l, W+ u4 _9 p1 B6 VOther requirements:
: @6 i" j  R+ q* L/ \        Experience in working with seniors and senior services;
. W6 [, G. ~4 J( v        Staff supervision and human resources experience;
        Budget preparation and financial reporting;
3 d( _) r% O: G& h7 {        Procurement and service contract management;
9 l5 J$ c, A& W        General building management;
        Experience in preparing and submitting reports to various levels of government;
: y  N5 P5 O! o: T+ V# j        Must be able to speak, read and write fluent English and Chinese (Cantonese-speaking is essential).
