We are hiring a Chief Administrative Officer to manage and operate our facility which consists of two towers of 190 Seniors Independent Living units in the downtown area.

1 v9 E' [$ n0 U" I4 L  xEducational requirement:  
        University Degree, or
        Post-Secondary education  with specialization in a relevant discipline, or
) \, [& n" W1 ^/ `        A combination of Highschool education and extensive relevant experience/specialization.

Other requirements:
6 e2 [+ i# k; Z6 I( A7 k& s" f        Experience in working with seniors and senior services;
        Staff supervision and human resources experience;
" U. w" }( o4 n% R: z9 m6 v- ~7 R        Budget preparation and financial reporting;
        Procurement and service contract management;
1 D4 {0 y* V1 w& Z6 D1 L' h        General building management;
        Experience in preparing and submitting reports to various levels of government;
" v* s4 d9 H4 U$ r        Must be able to speak, read and write fluent English and Chinese (Cantonese-speaking is essential).
