We are hiring a Chief Administrative Officer to manage and operate our facility which consists of two towers of 190 Seniors Independent Living units in the downtown area.

Educational requirement:  
2 A7 q+ h! _+ m$ U$ z        University Degree, or
  l! J: E) w. `        Post-Secondary education  with specialization in a relevant discipline, or
        A combination of Highschool education and extensive relevant experience/specialization.

' q$ \7 X" U+ z4 JOther requirements:
7 |8 S+ x5 `3 T4 N4 D        Experience in working with seniors and senior services;
        Staff supervision and human resources experience;
9 q2 f5 X+ j, F. y. k        Budget preparation and financial reporting;
        Procurement and service contract management;
        General building management;
        Experience in preparing and submitting reports to various levels of government;
6 R9 T- v3 z9 h; O) g        Must be able to speak, read and write fluent English and Chinese (Cantonese-speaking is essential).
