 Post-Secondary education with specialization in a relevant discipline, or
% Z9 d+ I. z% n A combination of Highschool education and extensive relevant experience/specialization.1 z$ U' Y; u/ W3 I7 x

Other requirements:
$ F$ f6 ] I, {# B$ b" Y# D Experience in working with seniors and senior services;
% Q: K$ M0 n# {# ^ Staff supervision and human resources experience;2 `7 y* D$ W. p
 Budget preparation and financial reporting;5 D) @ _! L e- b3 a
 Procurement and service contract management;3 f: {$ N( c/ K2 Q5 C' J
 General building management;* G. t/ e5 v& A6 p
 Experience in preparing and submitting reports to various levels of government;
2 p) p: d4 k! j4 a Must be able to speak, read and write fluent English and Chinese (Cantonese-speaking is essential).
