Police arrest two men after complaint of smelly truck carrying 1,500 pot plants

EDMONTON - Two men are facing charges after Edmonton police pulled over a truck filled with freshly cut marijuana plants., k8 Q7 }, ^4 y1 k: O
% a# S5 b4 _! N4 j& Q9 yPolice say they got a tip Thursday night from a citizen who told them he'd been driving behind a cube van that was giving off a strong odour of marijuana.0 ~$ m7 ^) Z' l1 m. C3 B( j+ T

Officers who responded to the call said they also smelled the pot plants about half a block before they pulled over the van.3 p' g4 m& O; ~! v6 P) J
