$ P+ Q4 q$ H p; yEDMONTON - Two men are facing charges after Edmonton police pulled over a truck filled with freshly cut marijuana plants.

Police say they got a tip Thursday night from a citizen who told them he'd been driving behind a cube van that was giving off a strong odour of marijuana.) q) F( ]6 W: w" q7 R
1 V' i% V% E% g8 g6 tOfficers who responded to the call said they also smelled the pot plants about half a block before they pulled over the van.# }) i4 M% E; _/ c

Police say there were up to 1,500 mature marijuana plants tied in bundles inside the van.
