Job Description:
Supervise and co-ordinate sales staff and cashiers
% h" t- Q+ _1 c  v- g$ m! aAssign sales workers to duties and prepare work schedules
+ W& N# ?6 C4 g7 L. ~$ b* {5 j' FAuthorize payments by cheque and the return of merchandise
" {! f. P, a) n( _Sell merchandise to customers
1 V) r4 C7 q* y' d. {Resolve problems that arise, such as customer complaints and supply shortages
Maintain specified inventory and order merchandise
/ x! l( `+ R+ qPrepare reports regarding sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters
+ z8 F9 M, L2 ^+ e7 OHire and train or arrange for the training of new sales staff

Employment requirements:
7 ~: p6 x, H* C% h
        Completion of secondary school is required
        1- 2 years  work experience as retail salesperson
