• Ensures that the right goods, in right quantities, in the right condition, are delivered to the right

• Receipts of goods to ensure quality and correctness In vendor shipments.6 }4 j6 T. d$ C/ Z2 U
• Complete all shipping and receiving records for incoming and outgoing consignments of goods including T.D.G. 6 i' W, d6 ] N' k E
• Ensures materials are inspected and received into inventory, issues materials on an ad hoc basis to end users. ! Q& p, Y3 v- z6 i r) ]: x% \. x
• Hands out material and ensure quality and correctness of goods.
$ m5 D/ r- J0 t6 t/ k• Maintains accurate inventory records to optimize material inventory.
/ Y& X3 ~2 Y" s ?3 j" s3 P, c• Manages bar code labeling process and ensures all materials received are issued a bar code label. c! Z( Q5 c% X% s# G t
• Conducts warehouse and yard activities to ensure that all materials received or issued have documentation and that this documentation properly processed within company SAP system. & e' h( C( ~$ f/ e1 o3 `# Y
• Reports of shortages, damages and deficiencies in timely manner.
8 b1 W' }7 C' n" y' R- }• Works together with other warehouse team members , planners, maintenance team, vendors and transportation companies to assure that materials at site meet timelines and schedules.: o, f5 ~/ G* Z; s3 U$ q7 T( d# u
• Runs SAP reservation orders and picks and stages materials for pick-up by end user.1 s! j8 B9 F$ R2 \
• Provides SAP transactional support to end users as required.

• Forwards Material Master Description variances to Inventory Control coordinator in Calgary for4 r0 W5 z+ Q# `* }* Q1 g: u
resolution.

• Ensures documentation is completed for processing repair and return materials.( z8 p2 A0 N$ ^0 r# P7 H- Z: ~
• Manages the issue and return of tools from the Tool Crib.2 M& q$ A# [! c+ }
• Inspects tools returned to Tool Crib, sends tools out for repair or initiates replacement for tools that are not in good working order.
& l. ?1 M& \, i1 J/ x2 i$ J: x• Is familiar with MSDS standards for handling of hazardous products.

• Assists warehouse supervisor as required in review of MRP re-order reports for inventory replenishment ' G X& H. S) T- h1 m, ^# ?5 h
• Manages schedules, deadlines and accountabilities as assigned.
: f: s s& `" q5 t ]" n! H# O• Assists in inventory analysis process, in the performance of audits, cycle counting and stock checking of inventory.
" I" l5 u% ^1 Q8 d• Has ability to rotate within all Warehouse Positions as required. Provide support (training, practices and procedures) to the warehouse team members.

Education / Experience% C5 b* C& H- A( v6 s6 d
• Grade 12 / GED. , K$ d G' e2 e% S5 a3 y0 G
• Must have working knowledge of SAP Material Management module, MS Word & Excel.
1 F/ R: X( X% {! i; Q* ~& Y! b• Excellent Interpersonal communication skills, verbal and written.
' R: B# K1 u5 s) g• Warehouseman¿s trades certification an asset.
" O+ K/ f A. _ |# [0 o6 L% ]. S' d• Oil and Gas material experience an asset.
0 g1 E5 T9 f8 q. Y$ y• MSDS, TDG, WHIMS training is required.3 h$ r/ t$ L2 e5 T' B& X
• 2-5 years warehousing and materials experience preferably in the Oil and Gas industry. |
