• Preserves materials.

• Receipts of goods to ensure quality and correctness In vendor shipments.
+ v! ~1 y4 O! Z n9 E. W• Complete all shipping and receiving records for incoming and outgoing consignments of goods including T.D.G. ! Z& [& D. H; m
• Ensures materials are inspected and received into inventory, issues materials on an ad hoc basis to end users. 0 E3 I0 v8 h; [- J6 z" B" X4 y
• Hands out material and ensure quality and correctness of goods. % m3 E+ Y9 s5 {( A. q! Q# b" Q
• Maintains accurate inventory records to optimize material inventory. ; h$ h! s g/ K x
• Manages bar code labeling process and ensures all materials received are issued a bar code label.6 h4 z7 l7 n. v
• Conducts warehouse and yard activities to ensure that all materials received or issued have documentation and that this documentation properly processed within company SAP system. - O2 S0 t/ e" q1 U, P% r$ |
• Reports of shortages, damages and deficiencies in timely manner.
( V2 R4 j$ d; l( ?3 C; ]7 C• Works together with other warehouse team members , planners, maintenance team, vendors and transportation companies to assure that materials at site meet timelines and schedules.
. y8 l' C" h5 f. ?/ N( {0 U- ^• Runs SAP reservation orders and picks and stages materials for pick-up by end user.
% e; r. Z( v* T5 U8 G• Provides SAP transactional support to end users as required.

• Reconciles and resolves inventory transaction variances in SAP.
( o* m: E1 ?: M" N! U• Forwards Material Master Description variances to Inventory Control coordinator in Calgary for1 }. x' }3 l( d8 A

• Identifies material standardization opportunities and proposes changes with end user.
7 N9 |( [3 w$ `5 d M2 p• Ensures documentation is completed for processing repair and return materials.
0 A& x+ ~: y4 V1 P! _- g% n. U• Manages the issue and return of tools from the Tool Crib.4 ^( o# \) X& t* k3 r, j [
• Inspects tools returned to Tool Crib, sends tools out for repair or initiates replacement for tools that are not in good working order.+ d5 P% y( B4 O* {( j0 l+ }
• Is familiar with MSDS standards for handling of hazardous products.* u/ M+ X" {# C4 \7 ^; X! D
• Ensures all issue counter transactions are completed in a timely and accurate manner 8 d" S8 \3 G, f9 P
• Establishes and maintain cooperative, respectful and effective relationships with those contacted in the course of work. (Various Site Team and Groups). + \- g Z; @4 b: ~7 b8 o
• Acts as a first line of contact for expediting delivery of goods.

• Assists in inventory analysis process, in the performance of audits, cycle counting and stock checking of inventory. ]. [' |: @3 ~. v+ q8 n% x+ f
• Has ability to rotate within all Warehouse Positions as required. Provide support (training, practices and procedures) to the warehouse team members.% J5 P3 y4 P! p2 ^- b: _
• Aids in the facilitation of process streamlining and implementation of effective material management solutions.

Education / Experience7 F& p, v. o7 q( Q
• Grade 12 / GED.
1 u5 d6 I5 d+ L• Must have working knowledge of SAP Material Management module, MS Word & Excel. ; }2 }0 T7 p8 |+ t
• Excellent Interpersonal communication skills, verbal and written. # E! R+ ?* ?) _) U4 j
• Warehouseman¿s trades certification an asset. " l- L& m4 M2 Y! \- V# A7 ~
• Oil and Gas material experience an asset.
$ I2 z# @' M, \& a" q• MSDS, TDG, WHIMS training is required.2 A/ A E! m- O9 _: g
• 2-5 years warehousing and materials experience preferably in the Oil and Gas industry. |
