Job Duties / Responsibilities

• Reports to the warehouse supervisor who is responsible for the to day operating activities within the warehouse.

• Receipts of goods to ensure quality and correctness In vendor shipments.8 o! _/ r; j% t/ x+ l& d
• Complete all shipping and receiving records for incoming and outgoing consignments of goods including T.D.G. : F N8 q$ H, }
• Ensures materials are inspected and received into inventory, issues materials on an ad hoc basis to end users. ) Q+ R' ]7 D |
• Hands out material and ensure quality and correctness of goods.

5 I+ Y& o; Z a, m" g' w) J7 U% k7 D$ ~• Manages bar code labeling process and ensures all materials received are issued a bar code label.
$ P: B7 |! L8 P7 V9 m0 `# B: q• Conducts warehouse and yard activities to ensure that all materials received or issued have documentation and that this documentation properly processed within company SAP system. * V# r' j8 _, l
• Reports of shortages, damages and deficiencies in timely manner.
! H, P0 f# E7 @% w3 P3 _6 ]• Works together with other warehouse team members , planners, maintenance team, vendors and transportation companies to assure that materials at site meet timelines and schedules.' Z* Z5 ~8 N" P* f( N) ?- g' j& N! [
• Runs SAP reservation orders and picks and stages materials for pick-up by end user.& }% x# [# i2 C; o
• Provides SAP transactional support to end users as required.
: G% S# g' G( z! d• Arranges for SAP to Plant transfers as identified by the re-order report.* {, _0 i& k& G4 b0 L1 `
• Reconciles and resolves inventory transaction variances in SAP.; t; S5 E+ ]* q9 B
• Forwards Material Master Description variances to Inventory Control coordinator in Calgary for4 K$ f1 t6 B; e! s
resolution.
& C9 U+ T6 u* t* ?• Identifies material standardization opportunities and proposes changes with end user.- H+ W9 B7 p, W5 [0 X0 B
• Ensures documentation is completed for processing repair and return materials.
4 g9 ]9 t5 @5 F% y- ?2 D• Manages the issue and return of tools from the Tool Crib.
6 w0 X* a& A# c• Inspects tools returned to Tool Crib, sends tools out for repair or initiates replacement for tools that are not in good working order.) c; I' U" d( D" b
• Is familiar with MSDS standards for handling of hazardous products.8 K7 _( p8 x3 J
• Ensures all issue counter transactions are completed in a timely and accurate manner

• Acts as a first line of contact for expediting delivery of goods. ; X4 @7 {3 N1 D, q! V8 W- ?8 J6 ~

• Assists warehouse supervisor as required in review of MRP re-order reports for inventory replenishment 6 k; ?# L; X1 v) U1 r) c
• Manages schedules, deadlines and accountabilities as assigned. x7 Y/ ~/ b* q! t" c. v! s' ?
• Assists in inventory analysis process, in the performance of audits, cycle counting and stock checking of inventory.% r/ n* j" z7 T, r' k+ H
• Has ability to rotate within all Warehouse Positions as required. Provide support (training, practices and procedures) to the warehouse team members.

Education / Experience* _) J0 [4 L% L- h4 J) n& d
• Grade 12 / GED. 0 r7 R$ X6 }5 R6 y: X, B
• Must have working knowledge of SAP Material Management module, MS Word & Excel. 3 I* `* J g0 n( y& d( @3 @
• Excellent Interpersonal communication skills, verbal and written. % X/ p6 _+ j1 A3 A0 V
• Warehouseman¿s trades certification an asset.
; ?4 S5 h& f" `( }, ~% y• Oil and Gas material experience an asset. : g* ~8 q5 ]9 H/ Y' _( s6 H
• MSDS, TDG, WHIMS training is required.) q# y$ h: Y7 e
• 2-5 years warehousing and materials experience preferably in the Oil and Gas industry. |
