• Receipts of goods to ensure quality and correctness In vendor shipments.

• Ensures materials are inspected and received into inventory, issues materials on an ad hoc basis to end users. . K& s ]% i2 f+ z. O9 Q- ]
• Hands out material and ensure quality and correctness of goods. 4 O. L/ S1 E: f! {- W. [
• Maintains accurate inventory records to optimize material inventory. * B( [8 s& b# \! Z
• Manages bar code labeling process and ensures all materials received are issued a bar code label.3 ~6 T# E. U0 j [4 D
• Conducts warehouse and yard activities to ensure that all materials received or issued have documentation and that this documentation properly processed within company SAP system.

• Works together with other warehouse team members , planners, maintenance team, vendors and transportation companies to assure that materials at site meet timelines and schedules.

• Provides SAP transactional support to end users as required.8 H; l, ^3 a& E4 t& Z( B
• Arranges for SAP to Plant transfers as identified by the re-order report.

• Identifies material standardization opportunities and proposes changes with end user.8 {3 @8 w/ G$ l9 X$ `
• Ensures documentation is completed for processing repair and return materials.

• Inspects tools returned to Tool Crib, sends tools out for repair or initiates replacement for tools that are not in good working order." C' [4 \; I. C* x8 w' D1 o5 e
• Is familiar with MSDS standards for handling of hazardous products.

• Assists warehouse supervisor as required in review of MRP re-order reports for inventory replenishment

Education / Experience- k. ~5 Q1 y% E Z- |
• Grade 12 / GED.
! ] B/ f, T! s, y9 h3 O• Must have working knowledge of SAP Material Management module, MS Word & Excel. ; t, l# X: m! S9 v
• Excellent Interpersonal communication skills, verbal and written. * e: |/ i$ v( P1 t- I& x3 S1 p
• Warehouseman¿s trades certification an asset. 3 S2 L& y6 W' ^8 P1 t$ d
• Oil and Gas material experience an asset. 0 A2 \ Q, V# ^1 }+ _7 x) \5 U! i
• MSDS, TDG, WHIMS training is required.. x5 i, [$ Z) Q! w" N; z0 _
• 2-5 years warehousing and materials experience preferably in the Oil and Gas industry. |
