You can call it the Patriotic Retirement Plan:

" C T4 l( y2 ]; b0 \& cPay them $1 million apiece severance for early retirement with the
4 K K* w& N" ?1 Lfollowing stipulations:

1) They MUST retire. Forty million job openings -

3) They MUST either buy a house or pay off their mortgage-
