Point Pelee National Park is southeast of Windsor about an hour, near Wheatley, Kingsville and Leamington Ont.
It is the Southernmost land point of Canada , and other than group camping, is a day use park only.

! q$ Y! k7 }3 G3 P4 tThe National Butterfly count takes place August 8th, and you can pre-register your family to take part, lots of fun for the kiddies (Too Late).

) S1 D9 L6 `& e6 s; uThe ferry to Pelee Island only runs from Kingsville this year, not from Leamington in case your interested in going on the winery tours and hikes there.
