There is no National Park in Windsor, Ont.3 ]6 P+ J% L# m: i( F0 k
Point Pelee National Park is southeast of Windsor about an hour, near Wheatley, Kingsville and Leamington Ont.

The National Butterfly count takes place August 8th, and you can pre-register your family to take part, lots of fun for the kiddies (Too Late).7 j, e' P) j: W7 C7 G
Great hiking, guides, canoe tours and rentals, bike rentals and the butterfly migration is something to see.

There are also two Provincial Parks within an hours drive- Wheatley Provincial Park(closest), and Rondeau (farther to the west) if you wish to camp. |
