Do not make a U-turn unless you can do it safely and without interfering with other traffic.
+ [$ {0 U6 J1 O! `' e$ KOutside urban areas U-turns are not permitted on a curve or near the crest of a hill where the driver of another vehicle cannot see your vehicle.

U-turns are not permitted in urban areas in the following situations:
" Y' \- }! z9 `/ ?+ aOn a roadway between intersections.
3 b" T# V. S6 v& O6 f+ U  n7 qWhere a sign prohibits making a U-turn.
$ e2 z* ?6 C3 O/ q( QAt an intersection controlled by a traffic-control signal (traffic lights).
7 q6 e2 q( p0 tAt an alley intersection.
