3 S1 m. P9 P+ W% x我出的主意是水屁股走人,他照做了,builder没有拦着他。他还埋怨我的主意懒,我说了去找下个builder看看价格怎么样,但是他还想回去再跟那个builder商量,我觉得只要他回去了,就败下阵来了. 但是他解释每个builder的specs不一样,所以比较起来,apple to apple 很麻烦,他觉得这个builder的specs已经很好了,大约是180每平方尺。 4 ~5 Z6 X4 k2 p. K6 b / U- E( G' X, J3 w& H9 I: D有经验的朋友给出出主意吧。让我挽回面子
I have an unhappy experience on making offer for a new house. The cost estimate of the sale's person is $490,000. I offered $460,000. The sale person prepared all documents of contract. After I sign all documents, he submitted to the builder (the Owner). The counter offer is $20,000 higher than original cost estimate but implied that $490,000 will be accepted. I rejected this counter offer and turn to resale market. It appears to me that resale market is good at that time. I can find a good deal with idea location for family.
