+ J/ G% B6 D7 [% n9 o/ p- H* C1 sSupport the safety reps in the Business Unit + d- y0 s2 c3 b% N, Z. o) y
Maintain group calendars and internal scheduling using Outlook software
" E% b6 l8 \' @* J& ?" k5 Z' dPrepare travel arrangements and expense claims
* b* d6 l/ S+ B% R: S8 T- tCompile and create presentations, proposals, reports and templates using Word, Excel and PowerPoint software : \0 C. p: K- e
Coordinate trade shows including booking, shipping and manning booth 1 r! ^! U% H K& d! [7 B( z
Order office supplies and maintaining office equipment
; w8 D! j$ X; e3 `6 `7 y* _* |7 |Reimburse and reconcile statements as Petty Cash Custodian
% h, t$ z, f9 Y. g6 T( _! k6 bRecords management duties % W7 t/ P* e' ^
Approve timesheets
9 k& @1 h s2 ]! @( lMaintain and update reference libraries in Endnote software ; N, \' w& O9 g& }! g/ L% _
Other tasks as deemed necessary by the business unit+ Q' }( f' a) `

Records management is an integral part of the job. The incumbent will coordinate records classification, coding, indexing, retention and disposition, and data entry into the Records Management database.

1 m8 ^9 U+ [- ~8 R. sCandidates require a certificate or diploma from a recognized post secondary administrative program, experience in an office environment, and strong organizational and communication skills. A combination of experience and education may be considered. Additional course work and experience in records management is an asset. 9 \0 W z( c/ s/ O0 c

This is a six (6) month contract with possibility of extension. Wage will commensurate with qualifications and experience. This position is included in the bargaining unit. Final candidates for this position will be asked to undergo a security screening.
