4. Perform site visit to see what is around the lot you chose. Any power line. Transformer Neighborhood, etc. ! q2 M& }* L# W
5. Ask information on future development of community and school information. + q. R% w0 }# t A5 l1 c6. Ask about traffic information. $ ? G6 l* W* n2 F) ~7. Compare the price and quality of different builders.! D+ g* o+ H3 c7 X0 P
