About: DECSA is a community based, non-profit organization with over 30 years of experience in the development of services designed to assist individuals with employment barriers to achieve paid employment.

DECSA provides employment preparation, vocational counselling/placement services to people unable to find employment through traditional means. Individualized one-on-one and group services are available to people experiencing a wide range of barriers to employment.

" T$ x7 H, O3 P6 r& {The Job - Labour Force Solutions is seeking a Job Recruitment/Retention Specialist to support North Edmonton area residents by matching job seekers with potential employers. The ideal candidate will have post secondary education in career development, HR Management, marketing and/or social work.

2 g' T% @2 b0 p6 T0 j3 pThe ideal candidate must also be a self-starter. Current knowledge in Labour Market trends combined with 2-4 successful years of job placement & retention experience working with diverse populations with barriers to employment; provision of criminal record check.
