A sound understanding of overall activity of the agency is essential. This is a position that requires strong customer service skills, as it works collaboratively with staff and volunteers to provide the best possible information and assistance.

• Answer multi line telephone system

0 ~& @# O4 ^( C) L& [4 y+ F• Arrange courier services for all departments
. H! t+ D8 g9 i( v• Oversee Y-Knit program; provide support to its volunteers

• Receive sort and distribute mail and packages; post outgoing mail# R5 W& {* s" h8 f0 A8 M& \9 g
• Sort and distribute mail and deliveries& q! A$ W4 i' Y: ?, H( c
• Provide clerical support (e.g. word processing, data entry, photocopying, faxing, e-mailing, printing labels, mail-outs, and filing) to all departments of the agency 7 D0 r. G3 N# X3 x
• Update and maintain databases as assigned, including those for Fund Development and Administration

• Accept and process registrations for participants or attendees at various special events and staff training

• Assist YoWoChAs Outdoor Education Registration as required, v# b; ?3 e& q; s

Qualifications:$ _4 }% F' E0 |7 W% ~2 M6 f

• Minimum 2 years office experience in areas related to office reception, and office procedures8 G9 X& E# Y5 _# @7 V2 I2 G4 A
• Experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

• Excellent verbal and written communications skills & Q l) D( W3 T. ~( Y
• Mindful of need for accuracy, detail and discretion
