A sound understanding of overall activity of the agency is essential. • Oversee Y-Knit program; provide support to its volunteers

Administration
7 H7 A0 o5 C' [ k: Q7 b& U3 Q• Receive sort and distribute mail and packages; post outgoing mail2 k/ C) F& o& V1 S
• Sort and distribute mail and deliveries
+ [( I7 c4 c2 r8 `• Provide clerical support (e.g. word processing, data entry, photocopying, faxing, e-mailing, printing labels, mail-outs, and filing) to all departments of the agency

• Create monthly staff bulletin and prepare for distribution

• Accept and process registrations for participants or attendees at various special events and staff training

• Assist YoWoChAs Outdoor Education Registration as required

• Experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.0 U. s) L1 M& Y+ j+ R4 ~
• Skill in Desktop publishing is an asset# L( L# e5 u! a/ b! }+ S: s
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills

• Able to interact in a positive manner with diverse population
